There’s people who believe being obese has nothing to do with health and they are healthy even being obese. Someone I used to follow is obese and would say this and is proud of her weight. At a certain point it’s gets to be too much.

My direct supervisor passed away last week - he was overweight not obese but battled his health issues for years- he was only 40 :( he did manage to lose some weight but not enough to extend his life 😢

Sadly true. There was just a lady in the news who was 850 pounds and no funeral home in Milwaukee could transport her; even the firetrucks couldn't as they didn't have a gurney large enough; she was left out for a few days inside the home.

Some doctors I talked to act like nutrition doesn’t matter and told me to eat a bag of chips , all kinds of people are so judgmental and silly not even caring about health specially some in healthcare service . And doctors fat shame people instead of being positive and helpful. Everyone is unique and it should be embraced and know and want good health .

Heavy size doe not mean you have health issues. I was 225 lbs at one point not becasue of food and I had zero health issues ( no diabetes, blood pressure, etc.). Now 150 I deal with low blood pressure. Just eat healthy and enjoy at least 20 minutes of exercise and you will be good.
