(Fans Onstage), Five Finger Death Punch, BBT Pavilion, Camden, New Jersey; August 15th, 2018; And Justice For None World Tour; (Philadelphia area); Double Headliner Tour with Breaking Benjamin
He has a lot.. LOT of demons. But always has a good heart and for the most part an extremely decent human being. Great with kids is an understatement. I think he’s a good guy, just had a rough life and is trying to rebuild the shattered parts. Which we all have to some degree. He’s inspiring in his own way.
People completely missjudge Heavy Metal and Metalheads in general. See just how caring they were in this video? I don't know of any pop artist who has done this to their younger fans like they have done here.
thats because these are REAL artists that know to share wit htheir fans and know that these kids will remember this forever. i took my oldest son to a 5fdp consert a couble of years ago and he still talks about it like it was yesterday.
The reasons that Ivan is such a good guy and that everyone else in this video is so cheerful and happy is cause we are a community and everyone that doesn’t know us for us judges who we are.
Liam McKeever I’ve seen videos where he’s signing autographs and yells at his own security team for cutting off the line. He said he doesn’t care if he’s there till 4am signing if a fan wants his autograph his gonna give it to them and with the same enthusiasm that he gave the first one of the night
I seen them back in 2014 when ivan was going through whatever he was and he pulled all the kids on stage because they are the next generation of this music genre. Hes a great guy
I freaking love this band. Ivan Moody is the king. Wow never too young or never too old to love this music. Im 47 and my son 23 we both love this band. They are awesome❤❤
When I saw FFDP I was amazed how many small children were there. When they were asked to be on stage and knew the lyrics to the song I was blown away. Been to hundreds of concerts and this is the first time I've seen this happen. Fucking amazing. All new respect for them.
Everytime I see a video of him doing this, as a father, I cry like a bitch. There needs to be more ppl like Ivan in the world.... it would be a far better place
I wish more bands had the heart and compassion that these guys do. They go out of their way to make time for their fan, they truly care. They deserve all the respect in the world.
I've seen the band multiple times and this is a regular thing that Ivan does. He remembers who got him to where he is today, his fans. These are his current and future fans. Glad to see him doing so well sober.
Ivan is the best this is is one of the best things a band could do I remember wanting to be on the stage how many other bands take time out for kids way to go ivan u made there day
This band stole the show! Bad Wolves, Nothing More and Breaking Benjamin were the other bands playing, but 5FDP blew them all out of the water! I've always liked what I heard from them on the radio, but I never really looked into them until now. I'm trying to learn more about them and from what I've found out, this band is a classic case of "you can't judge a book by its cover". Presence, power, authority, are just some of the characteristics that these guys have, but the biggest one has to be HEART! What they stand for, what they support, what they bring attention to and what they've gone thru and are able to overcome and conquer... has earned them yet another big fan. I know I'm late coming to the party, but at the age of 48, I'm glad that I have an open mind to experience "new" music. I bought one of their CD' s at the show (my first of theirs) and will be buying more. In two days, I think I've listened to it over a dozen times! I'll be looking for you guys on the next tour!!! Thank you for all you have done!
Firefighter, I did similar. Thought they were a “Slipnot” style band. (Don’t ask why...smh) One of their songs grabbed me. So I had to watch the video. It was all over then! That was 2 almost 3 years ago. I have t stopped playing their music! I. Fact it was cool because I had so many albums to listen too! Can’t freaking wait for this next one! And I truly believe it will be one if not their best!
I'm a single mother of three boys. I snuck my baby at 17 into his first metal concert in a 18 and over venue. They asked if he had any weapons and he gave up his pocket knife. When the concert started I had the honor of stringing his fingers thru mine and I dragged my baby to the corner of the stage and told him if he didn't bang his head, he was grounded. End of show on the way out he went to security and asked for his knife back. He planted his feet politely and said IM NOT LEAVING WITHOUT MY KNIFE MA'AM. The security guard had such respect that they took us backstage and we had tacos with the band. EPIC MOMMY MEMORY. He is grown now.
I was at this concert!!! Love you guys so much. I seen you three times already. I moved from New Jersey last year now I am living Lynchburg Virginia. They are going to make an amphitheater here in Ava I God I want to see you guys again. This time a meet and greet
Ivan you Sir make many dreams for kids come true. I got to witness this at a concert. Its truly amazing you bring them up and you give them things, that memory is forever. I will be attending another concert. Kick ass!
You can tell that his music and fans are the only things he truly loves in this world. Within his lyrics lies disdain and apathy towards both his family and society, but one thing that he always expresses his deepest gratitude and appreciation for is his fans. For a man to suffer as he has, descended to the depths of depression and addiction, to be able to love his fans as much as he does is absolutely astounding.
