Fans react after AJR cancels Norfolk show 

Well, it's not 1971 anymore when the arena first opened. I mean... things have changed. There are limitations to that arena... Trucks (today) many times can not even deliver the group's gear because the damn entrance to the basement loading area is too small, the downhill concrete ramp off of Monticello. Not to mention, the Scope isn't exactly the 'safest' arena ...there are no fire exits for the top section seats. You literally have to go down many rows and you collide with the people with lower section seats, not to mention the floor seats. It's a cluster-fudge disaster waiting to happen.

Since then, they've announced that they will be rescheduling for another performance in Norfolk. Here's what was posted by Jack Met: “Ok Norfolk it seems like we're gonna have good news for you very soon. We're still waiting for final confirmation on a rescheduled date, but it seems like we can make modifications to the venue to be able to fit our show there later in the tour! Hang tight, we'll announce soon.”
