@@TheSSUltimateGoku look, that’s what i’ve heard from other people; i haven’t been able to find any policies from the nfl on name changes myself. but what i DO know is that despite its “legacy”, most people would push back if the name were changed back to redskins - outside pressure from mainstream sponsors is what caused the name to be changed in the first place
@@kaphizmey6229 I’m not talking about bringing the Redskins name back I talking about giving them a better name then what that have currently. They could have gone with Red Wolves which was a fan favorite but Dan was too cheap and did not wanted to paid for the trademark. Unfortunately the original name will never come back thanks to the sponsors being the reason why the name was removed to begin with.
The last item I bought was an Arrington jersey I refused to line that petulant fools pockets the stadium is a lump of concrete reminiscent of Soviet style apartment blocks
that will never happen, the sponsors would flee again and the team needs them to stay afloat. also, i wouldn’t say all natives agreed with the name of the team…
