Bonjour Joanna, I thought the Chateau was absolutely beautiful, the garden area is wonderful, and lot of land to go with it, many possibilities. Thanks for sharing.
Gorgeous in every way ! Hopefully has good water supply & all other systems are working. Otherwise this is a great buy IMO ! It's great because there don't seem to be any huge fixings needed which is a problem with so many large places. Of course you still need that high income to afford such a place, or run a profitable business there ! I love it !
Yes, a real gem and a fairytale Chateau, located in one of the finest area in France. The Loire is the valley of the kings, Blois for instance, used to be the Capital of France before Paris in fact, which is why François Ier has ordered and built the " Chateau de Chambord ", with Leonardo Da Vinci ( who died in his own Chateau in Amboise after that ). Nowadays, with the " Loire à vélo " a cycling path that crosses all the region, and drives a huge amount of tourists, and also the wine tours, this chateau would be the ideal place to use it as a rental business with good income potential. Now if you're looking for something in a lower budget range, we can provide it here, try our search engine with your own criteria : go.leggett.eu/Kwbe
Hi Joanne! I love your videos and helpful information about nearby towns by the properties. One suggestion: after your intro of each video, it would be great if you just did a voiceover while the tour of the property is shown. Seeing you on the screen in the corner cuts into what people want to see and is unnecessary. Then we can see you at the end of the video! Other than that, great job!❤
It is nice that the agent is talking about the proppet, but it wpuld be nice to sees the whole screen, without the "chat" box. Film it like you used to. The bok in the corner is blocking the view. Both inside and out.🙂
Joanne. You are so lovely and do a wonderful job presenting your listings. My one suggestion for your videos is to be on camera before and after you show the property, but refrain from being onscreen during the tour video itself. It cuts into being able to see the rooms and is very distracting. Other than that, great job! Greetings from America!
Who cares about tea cups, statues and nick knacks? We are buying a building not decorations. Room dimensions, distance from shoos, groceries, hospitals, cost of taxes, heating. These things are what sells a building.
The technical information is available on the detailed sheet for each property, but we don't sell square meters or a pile of stones; we sell a lifestyle, a project, an atmosphere. I deeply believe that conveying the spirit of what the current owners have sought to achieve in a house or a chateau is essential to understanding the place. For example, light is a subjective criterion, yet the way it floods a room-whether intensely or softly-matters just as much as the style of the room itself. The volume of a room is important, but so are details like moldings. Additionally, some buyers sometimes negotiate the furniture as part of the purchase, so it’s worth showing some of it. In any case, these are artistic and editing choices; we have our own personality on this channel, and that’s our choice. Thank you
