Ado really is an introvert and has social issues, this song is really meaningful to her and carries a lot of weight. At first it wasn’t as catchy as a lot of her others, but I love it for being so personal and still so melodic

if you want more of "toned down Ado" i'd recommend the following songs: Fireworks, Dignity, Himawari, The World's Continuation, Where the Wind Blows. She has more but these stand out the most to me personally and i think you would enjoy them. Loving the reactions!

It’s a challenge for other singers to do what Ado does. It’s a challenge for Ado to restrain herself from doing what Ado does. I think she overdoes it sometimes. It can lose its punch, like the monotonous screaming in metal. I think she’s at her best when the writing keeps her reined in a little, like in Value.

If you like her softer stuff, then you might enjoy: -Tokyo wa Yoru, it's gorgeous, but fair warning that it's got a bit of experimental Vocaloid sprinkled in since it's a "collab" with Hatsune Miku, so depending on your tolerance for that it might bring down your enjoyment a little; -KokoroToIuNanoFukakai, which is slightly more rock-y on the choruses, but otherwise remains fairly subdued (and has really interesting instrumentation); -Fireworks, from the same album - very electropop, and it's not among my favorites of hers as I'm not a huge fan of that style, but you might like it; -Kazari jya Nai no yo Namida wa, which is a cover of an eighties song by Akina Nakamori - it goes heavy on the synths, but has kind of a similar chill vibe as this; -The slower songs from the One Piece Film Red soundtrack like Where the Wind Blows and The World's Continuation, both of which are essentially piano ballads with a similar bittersweet undertone as this; -Eien No Akuruhi, which is Gira Gira's straight-up thematic sequel.

The stage name "Ado" （アド／ah-doh or ah-doe）is derived from the world of “Noh” and “Kyogen”, traditional forms of Japanese theater. In these art forms, "Ado" refers to a supporting role, contrasting with the main role known as "Shite".

I really don´t need her to go Crazy all the Time . I love most of these as well , but these more Laid Back ones are just beautyful. From the new Album ( speaking of fromer unrealeased Tracks ) " Villian" 100% my Favorite. Everyone going crazy about Aishite , Aishite ; Aishite ... not my favorite. We all have different Tastes ... so let´s be nice to each other . BTW Lyrics are interesting in this one , as it´s one of Ado´s personal favorites . Nice two touch Patreon ad. It was nice to hear Ado rely on her relaxed tonal voice, very professional backing musicians. Ado being Ado she will never front a band (as in be part of a group of musicians working collaboratively and creatively to manufacture their own unique catalogue) but yes... nice.
