Fantastic Broccoli with a Wonderful Sauce

Add a tablespoon of soy sauce
Add a tablespoon of oyster sauce
Add a big spoon of water
Add half of teaspoon of white pepper
Add half teaspoon of sugar
Add salt to taste
Add starch with water in batches and stir until thick
Add red pepper stir and turn the heat off
