I love her work. I know that she gave inspiration and pattern to do it, completely sewing. Never Hot Glue please, if you really want to use it. But for the rest, her ideas are really good and I been used in it for my job in the sewing machine. Thank you.

OK....I was so impressed with your video, such a cute bag, the easy to follow instructions & then you brought out the glue gun. I'll be honest & tell you, I shuddered 😊 To each their own I'm sure & perhaps you only glued this one for the purpose of this video. I will definitely be making one using your video & I thank you very much but I'll be sewing instead of gluing. I do love your videos & I'm sure all of us who sew know enough to change little things to suit our own liking. Please keep making your lovely videos, they truly inspire this old gal!

as a suggestion instead of gluing your flap on try sewing it on by inserting between the liner and the outer part of the bag, pin it and then sew all the way around leaving a hole to flip it right side in. the whole flap/cover has to be inserted for this to be done. gluing it wont last and will come off. but nice try though it looks beautiful.

Obviously you runout of time to finish the bag. The body is so well made. Tip: for handles, feet & cover, use rivets on top of those glue. Rivets are quick to put on. The end-product would be a real & functional bag, not just a prototype, nice to photograph but not possible to use.

I like the bag but i jst don't like the idea of using hot glue. If you want to use glue instead of sewing,i think using that clear adhesive in those little cans wld def be better than hot glue. I think they call it rubber cement,because it holds so well. But the bottom peice dsnt look like it wld work very well if it were glued on. That part shld'nt be included

Yes, I was triggered by the use of glue gun. Yes it’s her bag, but it undermined the whole project. It had a lot of potential. You can never compare sewing a whole bag with glueing the pieces together, it’s impossible to do so.

Such a lovely bag but would have been brilliant had it ALL been stitched.

I am interested in knowing how the shoulder strap holds up using hot glue. I would think once you put keys, wallet, hankie, gum and a cell phone in the purse it will be quite heavy for that hot glue to maintain a hold. Have you experienced the hot glue not holding?

I honestly can't see the velcro or Hot glue holding up for a long period of time. I've mixed those 2 together before and it was a waste of time. Also the straps, I can't see them holding much weight in that bag. However this is a cute design. An I really do like hot glue. Tfs
