They already announced female Silver Surfer so having a Galactus makes sense, but it may be that universe's Galactus so it may only be a tease for the main MCU
I'm left wondering if people are jumping the gun. While yes, they did announce someone playing Shalla-Ball they've never actually come out and said that she had already become a herald of Galactus. Maybe we're just getting scenes of her on Zen la. Hell they may even have a Norin Rad cast and we just don't know yet. Everybody jumps to assumptions with these movies but we really know nothing about the film yet.
Galactus is an intellectual threat, you usually can't beat him with brute force (which also elevates anything that manages to do it) so you have to either convince him to not eat the planet, trick him or create a huge strategy, trap him in another dimension, something like that, which is why it's perfect for the fantastic four, for Reed specifically, with the ultimate nullifier too, something only someone like him could use because his superpower is pretty much his intelligence when you're considered the number one mind in the universe
Honestly, I think the use of Galactus WILL be as a consequence, and that's OK to me, especially if his purpose will be to end the Earth the FF come from and moor them in the 616 afterward. On the flipside, if it is something the FF has to battle, we shouldn't overlook that winning against him doesn't have to be a matter of overpowering him, and a more manageable villain will probably be the climactic battle, not Big G.
Of all the new movies I've seen in theaters....civil war was by far the best. I was on the edge of my seat virtually the entire time. And the imagery and the still shots are simply breathtaking. It is a truly great film. Boy kills world is my 2nd favorite. It was a good time from start to finish. Thoroughly entertaining. Monkey man and ungentlemanly let me down. And kingdom was a uninteresting snooze fest. Looked and sounded great tho
Malkovic would be great as norrin rad and shallabals mentor and teacher who is grooming those two to replace him someday. He is in the animated series / comics and looks like john malkovic! d
I didnt know X-Men 97 was meant for older audiences. Since it's a continuation of a kids show, I assumed it was appropriate for the same audience. Feels a bit poorly advertised.
It's for both but primarily they aimed for us older folks who were kids when it was first made and playing on tv. I like that someone is thinking of us older adults who love the xmen. There's plenty of kids content on Disney plus. But I do get what your saying if it's too much for young kids that is unfortunate. X-Men evolution would be a great substitute, the first X-Men series, and my favorite wolverine and the X-Men are better shows for really young audience. I think they made it more mature for us older fans so people don't complain about it being too childish.
Chat comment around 25:00 Galactus Talk.Raghu Seetharaman quote- He is a celestial that needs to appear in multiple MCU projects. __________ My reply quote- galactus is not a celestial.
Malkovic would be fun as red ghost i think is the name of that Russian cosmonaut who telepathically uses two gorillas as his muscle. FF villian and he is a bald older man looks a little like john malkovic. It would be fun to hear his Russian accent again.
Shogun next few seasons could be great we need 2 real characters that are super badass they need to put in the story and their are The Red Crimson and The One Eyed Dragon
Lotr is good don't get me wrong but no way set a level or standard that mcu did. Yes I agree as of late mcu had a few misses but the phases 1 to 3 with the finale and to finish with end game don't compare. Lotr was good but had so many flaws as well and their recent amazon show was mediocre to say the least.
Gotta say- saw kingdom today. I was literally falling asleep. There were a few exciting scenes but alot had me uninterested. The main character is alil beeyoth. Ceasar was a badass. When he was on screen he was so intimidating. U could look at his face and just tell that he was not to be fuk'd wit. He has such a menacing face. Not evil looking like Koba but very menacing. Watched Dawn and War when I got home and imo they are vastly superior kingdom.
I loved every second of Kingdom. Yeah, it's a bit slow in places, and drags on a bit, but overall I really enjoyed it, and thought Noah was a great protagonist. He wasn't Ceasar-level, but that was totally okay for me. Better to have a character who goes from weak/innocent to badass, rather than being badass straight away.
@alexp601 the eagle clan thing was really cool. But idk i just cant see Noah becoming a force to reckoned with like Ceasar was. He's a very different type of character, he also seems to be shorter and smaller than Ceasar was. He uses his size and speed to get advantages as seen when he's fighting gorilla dude. I just don't ever see him becoming a true billy badass.
@@simonkammeyer4334 I personally wouldn’t want to see a new protagonist who acts just like Caesar, and who looks just like Caesar. Different doesn’t have to be bad. I think the problem is that we went from the end of Caesar’s arc, where he’s the most badass, to the start of an arc with a new character, where he begins the weakest. At least they didn’t go the MCU Phase 4 route and make the new character great at everything straight away with nothing earned.
Great, let's rehash Galactus from Rise of the Silver Surfer, and cast a 70 year old man to play Doctor Doom. What's the over/under on this movie being worse than Fan4stick?
Ever see the 1942 animated short Horton Hatches the Egg directed by Bob Clampett (Beanie & Cecil) for WB's Merrie Melodies? I think it's the first Seuss videoadaption. Saw it when I had no idea who Seuss was. "I meant what I said and I said what I meant an Elephant's faithful 100%." Why is everything in rhyme?
Fantastic Four came out before Lost in Space. However there was a comic from Gold Key called Space Family Robinson that Lost in Space was loosely based on. As far as Malkovich I get Puppetmaster vibes.
