Join us as we make our way to Ingoldmells in Lincolnshire to visit the fantastic Fantasy Island for the first time this 2019 season
Firstly I need to thank the media team who took us for a guided tour around the park to show us what’s new this year including things like the brand new on site accommodation (see link below for more details) plus new rides like Air Maxx 360 and the awesome Ice Mountain indoor spinning coaster, also some more changes to the park and new attractions added like the indoor high ropes course
Each year Mellors who now own and run the park keep adding new things and making Fantasy Island better than ever before making each return visit new and exciting
Thanks again to the awesome staff who let us film on the rides bringing you some awesome povs from Millennium, Rhombus’s Rocket, Volcano shot tower plus the insane Odyssey, the world’s tallest Vekoma Suspended Looping coaster (SLC)
Vlog and on ride povs are all filmed in HD 1080p 60fps using a GoPro Hero 6 Black with official GoPro chest harness and Handler, ps note we had permission to film so don’t film without it

they hardly ever sand-bag anymore either, however they were saying they've changed the wheel suppliers which may make sense as to why its not as rough anymore!

ScubeX Odyssey Has been running recently, it’s been running in the worst weather possible They usually use sandbags aswell to run it now.

Another outstanding and really entertaining, enjoyable vlog from the crew. Once again I'll say it,I know nothing of roller coasters but RU-vid brought me here somehow and I'm addicted to the laughs and shindigs . The optimus prime of rollercoaster knowledge and fun!!!!

Coaster Crazy it was only last year at scarefest Alton Towers that I went on my first upside down roller coaster. I just thought ‘yknow what? Stuff it! I’m just gonna give it a try’ and it turns out I’m a complete and utter adrenaline junkie so this years the year I go on millennium! And my god when you say it’s as old as me it makes me feel old 😂😂

I can’t believe you’ve mentioned twister at Lightwater Valley after what happened there today! What an absolute coincidence, I also didn’t realize there was a previous fatal accident on twister but I’d never heard of it, yet no one died on the smiler and the press tried to ruin the towers after that!, I must ask you Andy , what are you’re thoughts on the twister news? And are you required to wear the seatbelts on ice mountain? Also do any of the reverchon restraints differ?

badmoon rising22 it is very sad news what happened yesterday at Lightwater Valley on Twister and it’s awful what happened to the little boy, we all hope he is ok but heard he is in a critical condition Not all these Reverchon Spinning Wild Mouse’s have seatbelts and if they do have them it’s different rules for different parks, most of the time the belts are for smaller riders

the waltzer across the road from fantasy island is one of the best walzers in the country at night its fully smoked out and covered in lights strobes and lazers the operator raps and gets all the riders involved

good viewing as always and i think these parks should give you perks for brill advertising it would cost them a fortune to promote on tv, you always keep the views real and Fantasy Island are really trying to up their game in these difficult times it may not be a BPB or Alton Towers but its all we have this part of the country so lets support it or we will have a Pleasure Island situation CHEERS

Anthony Martinez sometimes at parks you can not pick the front row and because you can only film on the rides with a chest mounted GoPro obviously you won’t be able to see much, it’s either a seat pov or nothing at all

vivien cooper it’s just for the day, most wristbands never last for more than a day as they are either colour coded, have a date on them or in this case they have i micro chip inside them so they can’t be used again ! You can however buy a electronic card that you add credit too that will last for as long as you won’t and you just top it up 👍🏻

vivien cooper if you look on Fantasy Island’s website they have a calendar showing the times, dates, events and prices ! Our wristbands were £22 each per adult and child bands are cheaper

Hard Worker because it’s a free entry amusement park and not everyone is buying wristbands, Fantasy Island also has Europe’s largest 7 day market plus the seafront is 5mins walk away

They have changed the amazing confusion to that pfffft noo way it don’t even stop upside down and spin, if the change the beast I think the park will get get worse and in my opinion the two main coasters look worse in those colours they should of just painted over the original in the same colours Just my opinions after going to the park for over 10 years

Daniel Purchon if you have been going for 10 years then you would know that the sold Amazing Confusing and added the Huss Frisbee thats way more popular and they moved The Best to a park in Dubai at the beginning of the season and replaced it with Air Maxx 360

Really hope more of them get build, and not only in Poland and China, also in the US and Western Europe (Benelux, Germany, France, UK) Although Tayto are getting two Vekomas, excited for those!
