Fantasy Island Vlog May 2023 

We went over easter. My daughter loved millennium. When she got off she said to the staff extremely excited that she's just done her first loop the loop coaster 😂 she's 6! The staff we're aboustly brilliant with her.

We visited today after your vlog! (Thanks Shawn and Charlotte, cost me a fortune hahah) rode Odyssey again after skipping a few years due to it being a headache, my god what a great coaster!, we had wristbands so we went on multiple times, I’m not scared of any coaster but every time I went up that lift hill I was literally 💩 and I mean actual fear!!!The wind was relentless! Amazing 🎉

Something so wonderfully spontaneous and charming about the vlogs from these smaller parks. Love it!

To have the cred of largest vekoma SLC is a cool one to have, as a Lincolnshire resident i feel a bit ashamed that ive not ridden it!

I love Millenium so much! Odyssey is cool and intense but it’s rough. This is one of my favorite parks in the UK, I love how you can just walk in and pay per ride or wristbands!

i love this park, still think the indoor section has some underrated theming, it’s so pleasant to walk through. I do wish they had another major coaster or second trains on odyssey and millennium because when its busy their lines get way longer than they need to be

This place is mental, its the most dicombobulated area in the world. Airsoft shops, tattoo and piercing shops, camping shops, bed shops and a walkthrough macdonalds to top it off. Its a very strange but fun place to visit..domt foeget to check out the fashion show truck, selling knitted jumpers to old ladys, and of corse the old arcade that is now a restaurant with a sign above the door saying "you must leave the car park through this arcade", but you walk into the back of a food kitchen. Great stuff.

What a fantastic park much better than my experience at blackpool the other day. No queues at all, lost count of how many times i went on Millenium and ODYSSEY!!!

I’ve never been to Fantasy Island, this park looks great with the big variety of riding experiences from families to thrilling seekers enthusiasts including the vekoma coasters, I agree Shawn it’s sad to see there’s no thrilling flat rides hopefully sometime in the future the park might have more exciting investment attractions opportunities for the thrill seekers fingers crossed 🤞, Charlotte’s confidence is increasing with the water rides bless her, how did you both not feel sick dizzy on the rollercoaster 🎢 after gobbling up your ever so deeelicous ice creams 🍦 🍦, loved 🥰 majority of this vlog apart from the intense spinning rides made me feel sick with motion sickness even whizzing it onto the nice rollercoaster water rides, sorry Shawn

I just went on both the massive rides and DO NOT underestimate any part of any of the ride until you go on it.i did not know that your legs feel like jelly when you get dropped.it was SOOOOOOOOO fun and I really enjoyed it throughly :) (this vidio helped me alot to conquer my fears,thank you)Oh and by the way if you are going to fantasy island to ride the coasters go to the back its way better(in my opinion)

Rode it again today and it's riding really well and I always think I'm ready for it having been quite a few times but dam the is something about the sheer size of that slc 😅 really blows you away lol.

Oddessy is so good!! Yeah it is rough but no where near as bad as the likes of infusion at Blackpool

You guys never seem to fail to appear in my recommendations at least a month before I go to fantasy island with my family

Millennium is my favorite as it was my first ever loop coaster :) I am very lucky to have mullennium as my first loop coaster to be honest its so smooth

Hi shawn and Charlotte Wow this is a great Park the rollercoasters look great . Earlier this month I went to florida for the first time. We stayed in Universals endless summer Doc side inn and suites. We could see the Star flyer at Icon park from our room . We done Disney world and universal studio's also Busch gardens and Seaworld. We had an amazing holiday. Great vlog thanks for sharing with us. Love to you both as always Tracey 💕 xxxx

It took me a few years to conquer the Odyssey but once i did i ended up going on it like 7 times in a row.

Millennium looks like a sprawling less intense version of Blue Hawk. Odyssey looks interesting with its unique long layout. Old Vekoma was underrated as they could give smaller parks like this a boost with cheaper big rides. Also the indoor bit looks cool and charming, love the park atmosphere and your clogs!

I like these vlogs so informal and glad to see Charlotte growing in confidence on the water rides and in front of the camera and Shawn just laughing at most things lol love to see it

every hallown i go to fantisy island with my cousins my nan and grandad i like to see if others like it its really good

I went on both of roller coasters last week in skegness 😊

Talking about sitting on millenium all day I went in Easter a few days after the park re opened after shut for winter and went on millenium 15 times as oddysey and volcano were shut soooo smooth

Next time you're in Skeg would you consider doing a seafront vlog? As I'm sure you know, there's loads of attractions, the pleasure beach, and a vintage fun fair has been operating by the boating lake for the last few seasons. Be great to get your take on it as a lot of it has been refreshed recently (and the pier is still in-talks for a major expansion).

So a couple months ago, my family went Fantasy Island and I wanted to go on the yellow one (I forgot the name) and when I was next to it I was like “yeah no” 😂 but love it

We went Friday just gone for the second time after butlins. The hour switch over didn’t work for us. The day felt like it went to quick and with a 3 year old it was a lot of moving around to different sections to quickly. But I understand why they are doing it. I guess if you know the park off by heart it’s not so bad but it was okay day out. Great video again

Im from Scotland, and everytime we go to Butlins we go to Fantasy Island, i love Fantasy Island, i dont doubt it, i love rollercoasters, iv been here 3 times roughly and going again in July, will be getting a weekly wristband, and not been on the star flyer yet, i honestly fear them, but i have to go on them. I remember the volcano, just before i got a tattoo in the tattoo studio, i asked my mum if she was going to get a tattoo ? And she said she wasnt, so my me and my dad went on the Volcano, and despite my shoe falling off Haha, my mum went into the Tattoo studio, and got a tattoo. Lol, but except that, Fantasy Island is absolutely brilliant.

I go there every year! Im going this year too in about 4 weeks! Cant wait

been to Fantasy Island maybe 20-30 times in my life and I had zero idea that there were ANY attractions indoors! pretty sure I've never even see the inside of the pyramid before either. just goes to show I was paying more attention to the market than the rides lol (I'm a larger lady so rides were never really my thing for fear of being turned away due to not fitting in restraints etc)

Was at Thorpe park today and saw colossus testing! Can’t wait to get on it for the first time

Hello Shawn and Charlotte The twister aka formerly known as the octopus at flamingo land and all the fast intense rides I absolutely love them the more intense the better for me especially like the UFO that is sadly no longer at flamingo land 😞 but some day in the future I will bring back to life a nostalgic theme park where old roller coasters and nostalgic themed area's like story book land and Sherlock show time and mad mikes magic show
