At the minute I am trying so hard to dream and use my fantasy self to motivate me, but I also have to remember to accept and love myself right now. No small order. I love these decks. I absolutely loved this! Thank you for being so candid as always, you always bring such a cool spin to these tags and its so refreshing and relatable. I too am very new to Tarot so some of these tags can feel a bit pressurising-there’s all the excitement there to get involved but also the knowing that i haven’t got the biggest collection, nor have been able to work very long term with a lot of my decks and wanting to be honest in that without being ‘boring’ 🙈 I was struggling to decide whether to get involved in this tag for a lot of the reasons you highlighted, so i really appreciate you doing this Candy- i loved the idea of your fantasy selfs and your descriptions of these alternate egos really gave me a giggle 😂- I too would have wanted to put the Witches Wisdom Tarot in my list but i just haven’t worked with it enough! You’ve also made me want to grab my rather neglected Iris oracle again now, i forgot how profound and healing old Iris can be, I’ve found her very helpful for a lot of inner child wound healing for sure. I think if i do this tag i shall be taking on your format for it if that wouldn’t be too much trouble? I'm.sitging on my floor surrounded by decks that I really like... but they're nit yet my "classics' and I realised I may have 3... ifmy fantasy self stops rearing it's head... 😆 I hope to have more classics. As you were talking I was looking at my drawer full of the decks I'm using at the moment wondering, "Do I really know this deck?" "What about this one or this one?" "Am I pretending to know it and if so, why?" Part of my desire to rehome decks is so I don't feel like a jack of all trades. I want to really work with the decks I have on a more profound level. By these standards, I may really only have 3 decks that are my classics. Thank you, as always, for holding that shining light in the cave.

Hello, wonderful video. Could you please clarify the Arthurian Tarot? All I can find online is the Legend Arthurian Tarot and the borders and back don't look like that deck at all. Is it an OOP deck?

Hi!! Loved it!! I've been reading tarot and runes (stones) since i was 16 (i'm 39 years olds...) and yeah, i have my classics to, and they're not many: Rider-waite; Crowley's, Visconti-Sforza, Casanova Tarot (terrific adviser with cool calm rational voice deck for me, fantastic!!! i dont use it in sex/love readings, which is quite funny) and Deviant Moon, just that.. Very "old and plain" choices :) . However, i have the same moon oracle as you do!... Its the only one i work with with my moon spread in a once a month reading. I do a moon spread (4 fases) each full moon. But i use 3 cards in each position. I explain: i divide that deck into 3 piles: fases, lunar mansons and Goddesses. In each of the 4 lunar fases positions i identify the energies of the month (i go by the book... consult each fase/sign), that's the first 4 cards, like full in libra (April) for the next full moon, verify the meanings ,etc. etc. etc. However i draw 1 more card to each position from the moon fases pile, note the significance/elements, etc. They are added energies to the current fase. Then i use the lunar mansons for each lunar fase (they're like: dispositions/action/advices for each fase). And in the centre of the circle i draw only one Goddess. I will then compare the results each week , journal about weeks events. I use a binder so that a i can draw, write and whatnot! If we talk about only tarot, i -very important- i dont do repeats (well, i dont do repeats with oracle cards either!!) . What i mean is: i only read once for any subject. I try to treat myself and my reading with care and a special respect, follow the advice, really follow, sit with them... I will use affirmations/ practices/exercises for working with the cards. Usually, this type of personal approach is BOMB!! I can get to see my problems in a very neutral/detached light. And i can work on them with clear mind :) That said, i was carried away when i saw the moon oracle, its awesome, it is not? Thank you for such a terrific video! You're awesome too, i'm in a no buy mode for quite some time!! So it was inspiring!!!

Would you say the Weavers Oracle speaks to women of all stages and all ages? I'm about to turn 47 but I'm wondering if it's more atuned to crone energy or would you consider it more holistic. Thanks lovely! 🧜‍♀💜

I am so sorry for the pain that has made you into the poet of life that you are. Your wisdom is hard won. While your tarot practice may be relatively new to you, you have wasted nothing in your life to become the earth priestess you are, not because you have reached your fantasy selves, but because your feet are so firmly on the path. classic decks are the best imo, they are well worked and loved for decades, nowadays decks are money grabbers and they are even made by people who dont use or know tarot. that's why i dont buy any inclusive money grabber decks (only if they put people of color in them because really how difficult is to color a diffenret skin tone) or go for indie decks or any impulsive or fomo buy.
