It was due to work being done on my Enfield, that led me to request a demo ride of the Caballero 700 and it didn't disappoint, in any way. As a scrambler and from an Italian manufacturer, this was two kinds of new experience for me. I ask myself why this wouldn't be a first choice of mid-range scrambler, over others with more prominent brand names???
