Mine only runs for 3-5 minutes and it shuts off. It’s either needs charged up or emptied. Not overly impressed by this hand held for this reason. I’ll rate it a 6.5 out of 10.

Thank you for your feedback. The little "engine" might be overheating and causing it to shut off as a failsafe. Also, if the exhaust port on the bottom of the vacuum is blocked or obstructed, that can also cause it. You mentioned the filter . . . I'm a fan of an old Iowa farming trick: if there is ever something not working right, try replacing the filter first! I hope that helps, thank you for watching our video. ~ Carl
