Hey guys! Video today is on how to "Force" or "Simulate" I/O signals. A quick little bonus footage in the last 2 minutes on how to "Comment" or "Remark" out lines of code for testing purposes. Hope it helps!
Great video! Unfortunately, we have several crashes the happen in "automatic mode" due to simulated inputs. Luckily, the logbook never lies. One useful tip is if you have several I/O's simulated, you can unsim all by going to the FCTN menu and select Unsim All I/O.
Right on, Matt. I actually was going to mention the FCTN -> Unsim All I/O trick in my video and totally forgot! I'm so glad you commented this! Very handy trick. Thanks!!
Thanks for the video, Adam! I'm just a lowly electrician apprentice working in an automotive factory, but I have picked up a lot of useful tips and tricks by watching your videos. Much appreciated.
As usual, great video!...Please, make ones about the PMC (basic configurations and easy sample of LADDER code) using FANUC LADDER for Robot. Thanks in advance!
Adam, i cant get prog aborted bit in cell interface to work, it works on two robots on another cell but not the other two robots on a different cell. It's very intermittent, the online community has also mentioned many inconsistences with these bits.
I have 2 things to say , I don't speak very good English but I like how you explain everything and I wanna know If the simulators are free and if can you write where I can get it
Hi Adam, me again, I'm much appreciate for your video contents but dont know how to contact you LOL. dont know if you have time to create a video of EtherCAT connection/communication between IO expansion module and FANUC robot controller since one of our projects is considering installing BECKHOFF EK1100,EL1809,EL2809 as the robot cotroller's expansion IOs for peripheral device use but CRMA.
