I totally get it. My depression started when I was 16 when my dad suddenly died. I'm starting ketamine therapy next week because I too have treatment resistant depression. I hope everything works out for you.

Hello :) How are you doing lately? Very informative and brave content you’re doing on Ketamine! I’ve never tried it but I can relate to the same depression symptoms… I’m from Ontario, and I’ve been reading up a lot on this treatment lately, starting to take a more serious look in to what’s available around here 🤷🏼‍♀️ Hope it’s really helping you! My ketamine gets here tomorrow in the mail. There are lots of Drs in the US that do at home therapy only

I’ve never tried them so I wouldn’t know! But I know there’s lots of talk about their potential to treat depression. I think ketamine has more studies right now but it will be interesting to see how the science shakes out!
