Man you are crazy! I tried to do the same perfect stealth kills and i always fail because shit happens. Sometimes enemies just not in the place where i want them to be, and sometimes they see me through a freaking miles away through trees and buildings. Other times i can't take down heavy gunners because stealth kill stops working on them, despite the fact that i have all upgrades and shit. So yeah, i just stoped been cool and decided to take my time to enjoy taking down enemies.
