I've been searching for so long to fix the issue regarding the huge FPS drop whenever I open the in-game menu or map and do not find any solution but this. I solved the problem using the integrated graphics of my laptop Ryzen 7 6800h the Radeon R680 and got a decent playable FPS and never face any lag issues ever again!. Maybe using a Radeon Graphics card fixed it!
