From my pov Farcry 6 was a great game! The small things really added up from Dani singing livin la vida loca to painting a horse and calling it a zebra it was amazing! The ending was beyond unsatisfying though. no one really wins but it’s still enjoyable up until “The dinner” 😩😩

I liked this game. I've only finished the story and a few side missions, but it was an enjoyable game for me.

What's funny is that you can completely skip the benitez boss fight with the Supremo and gun you get by collecting all three idols do the first challenge room and then she appears behind bulletproof glass and you can just use your ability to shoot through walls and kill her and skip the entire fight to get to her

Yes! Finally someone on RU-vid that actually likes this game lol. I also got the plat for this a while ago, bought the game a day after release because I thought “why not?” Never expected to have as much fun with this game as I did. My plat journey was absolutely awesome as hell, it’s just a fun and enjoyable plat overall, I love it. It’s also very nice to see that Ubisoft clearly cared about this game. The new mission updates even way after release and the Stranger Things collab! And the variety of weapons, vehicles, characters, graphics, setting and fun gameplay really makes it look like they truly put some care into it. Also I respect you for at least trying to pronounce the many Spanish words, cities etc. right lol. Many people are just ignorant and completely butcher it

I was actually sad when el tigre died he was my favourite carecter in the entire game. And for the mythical animals i just blasted them with my rocket launcher because theyre pelts couldnt be damaged.

Really enjoyed this game when I played it. The story was a little lackluster at times but I think the final mission and ending really made up for it. Honestly fairly solid game and was a great platinum on my end

Funny thing is, you get 100% by just completing the story and having done a bit of side stuff here and there. But basically by just playing the story. Not talking abpout Platinum, just "100%" progress. Usually don't go for that and I think it might be the only game that actually does this, but it sure was nice to have at least 1 game "100%ed".

It was a easy platinum for me and now I’m playing on the hardest difficulty ng+ fun game especially with armor piercing rounds

The thing you get at triade blessing and you can get it pretty early on I forget what upgrade you can get to fast travel to camps you haven't been to but if you start this quest early use that upgrade you can get it. The reason it's broken is the weapon you get one shots pretty much everything but then if you add the resolver to it highlights all enemies in an area and the gun I spoke of before now can shoot through all terrain "yes I mean all terrain" on top of killing everything so you can clear FND bases and anti air places with no sweat

Its actually super fun. I like it more than 4 & 5 for sure

I know this game has been out a while but here's a method to get to the supply drops a lot easier. 1st: take out all AA guns in the area 2nd: get the Resolver helicopter aka that copter bike 3rd: fly the copter bike to each supply drop starting point and start claiming each supply drop while making sure not to crash your ride

Bought this game on sale during some time off. This is a great farcry game. Dont know why it gets bad reviews when there really isnt another game quite like it. Especially as I have gotten older and moved to single player games instead of online. This game gives you that satisfying "I have some time to play a game" experience that you can return to every time you have that time.

You didnt really need to kill the guards outside the mansion on the final mission, just the ones in the mansion.

back when i first started playing, i actually expected to hate the game. but as of rn having finished the main story and going for a 100%, it's starting to become my favorite far cry game and possibly my favorite game of all time. i've actually never had this much fun in a game before!

The rooster fighting has multiple Easter eggs of legendary fighters such as subzero and scorpion. And fighters from street fighter

I also enjoyed this a lot. My first Far Cry platinum (coming up in a week...damn those insurgencies.)

Congrats on platinum but personally I don't think I'll ever touch this game. it seems like the game has a inconsistent tone it tries to tell a super serious story but the gameplay is super silly at the same time and that isn't for me. But congrats on the plat

I don’t get why people didn’t like this game I genuinely liked it more then 5 don’t get me wrong 5 was great but since I’m Hispanic this shit just hits home I stand corrected to get 100% on Xbox you have to have the DLCs so this game is a solid 2/10

I’m loving it tbf. Free on psn+ atm so I thought I’d have a go as I’ve dabbled in the others. I’ve only just started at the 3rd camp after doing a ton of side stuff and a couple of the awkward trophies. I’m probably still a week away from the plat at the speed I’m going.

Far Cry 6 isn’t inherently a bad game, only problem is that it’s basically the same as all the other Far Cry’s, which if you enjoy that, is wonderful.

I recently started on my journey to 100% the game (DLC included) and it's been a mission, since in addition to the trophies for the platinum, I had to complete all 5 Special Operations on Mastery 3 difficulty (where the PG-240X is more volatile, with enemies that can take multiple head shots even with armour-piercing rounds, more flamethrower guys (who I hate with a passion even not on the Spec Ops missions), and a higher level of elite soldiers), as well as complete the three "Inside the Mind" DLCs on Mind Level 5 (not as difficult as Mastery 3, but still a challenge). All I need to do is get the third Insurgent leader in a couple days and finish off the Lost Between Worlds DLC and I'm done.

I haven’t played this game myself so maybe I’m way off base here but it looks like every other far cry game since 3. I love 3, liked 4, thought 5 was okay but too long and the games just seem to keep getting bigger while not innovating enough. For some people that’s good enough like eating McDonalds, not good food but familiar so you keep going back to it.

I think why people were so upset with the game was that its not Far Cry. Far Cry games, you are a foreigner thrust into a conflict you are desperate to escape. You barely escape the Big Bad and end up out in the wild, alone with crap weapons. You are hunted, every car that passes is a threat. It gets out of hand quick and you gotta run away, hide and sneak around til you get better gear. In FC6, you are at home fighting a battle of your choosing. You can leave any time you want. There are safe trails and you can holster your gun and walk among the enemy. And they give you a great rifle that will get you through the whole game and then upgrade it for you. I had a tank before leaving the tutorial island. On top of that, its regurlarly absurd. Far Cry always balanced the silly with the serious pretty well, but the scale is tipped toward preposterous for this one. And its super easy. I had to play on Guerilla mode and make some rules for myself like 'never holster my gun to make the game engaging.' All that being said, it is a good game. I have a ton of fun. The mayhem is still top notch Far Cry and the screw-around potential is great. Its just... not Far Cry. Its Acme 1 Ubisoft Open World. Its more like Ghost Recon. I am surprised we didn't have a little drone or eagle to scout and tag enemies with. I think Far Cry fans were upset that its not Far Cry. As a 'game' its still good, I had a great time with it.

The reason i love far cry 6 is thr moments you can laugh about especially the npcs and animals stupidity XD even if you out guerilla mode and guerilla+ its even more funny (but also stressing if you have tanks + 2 choppers against you while you try eacape when having no ammo left) either way i made alot of moments out of it so i dont know why the game has alot of critics often than good. But it cant be undone. I enjoy and thats whats needed for me :)

I like Far Cry 6. Map is beautiful and vehicle list is nice.also story is perfect.

Story wise it's one of the biggest let downs for where far cry 5 had epic bosses and actual fight I felt that something was missing greatly a couple infiltrations or get captured or some actual story and not just kill bosses you saw 2 times

I love how Far Cry 4 and 6 both have a secret real ending: You fucking off and not becoming a one man army slaughtering your way through a population you don't have any attachment to. In Far Cry 3 it made sense not to have such an option since it was impossible to escape the island. In Far Cry 6 escaping the island should be the main option since your characters only reason to fight is the dying friend that tried to smuggle you off of the island told you to fight.

Back in the autumn of 2021 me and my friend were very very excited for 2 games to come out - far cry 6, and battlefield 2042. We watched every trailed and then bought both of the games on release. Man that was disappointing and a was a waste of 120€
