The problem is that these immigrants (as you said) are unwilling to integrate into british society, and I think that is because of how little we have in common with their values. I was born and raised in italy, and when I came here I was eager to integrate into society, and it was easy because we share core christian values, despite the secularisation of europe. Meanwhile these immigrants do not have anything in common with western values, so the onlt way to integrate them is by compromising our own values, which is just unacceptable

From this, we can know that a country’s identity is closely tied to its language and people, so a large influx of people from outside that country would radically change its identity, which is like telling a farmer to work in a city. And we also need to educate ourselves about and recall the recent history of the world, in which Western nations colonised/invaded various places without showing any respect to local customs and norms. The ‘First World’ is the ‘First World’ today because it made use of the resources of the rest of the world, and imposed its own culture and ways in places like… Australia. New Zealand. Canada. USA. Israel. South Africa. Britain in India. France in Africa. Etc.
This is also true, however recent is a subjective term, the overwhelming majority of people alive today in this country have not been part of colonilaisation and every country in the world has invasion, war, slavery and everything else that comes with it in their history. That doesn't justify it, however I don't think those born today should be held to attone for the wrong doings of people they have never even met. How we behave should be about the net good. Its good to help Asylum seekers and struggling nation's but not when its becoming an unreasonably great cost to those living within our own borders. Using the British empire as an example again, despite all the bad one thing people often forget or avoid crediting it for these days is bringing/imposing peace within a lot of regions that were already engaged in war and heavily divided before the British invasion, and they also brought infrastructure, farming and education to a lot of the third world. Without the Invasion, tax and looting, reinstating some of that positive action in unstable regions could be far more beneficial in the long term than turning our home into an escape room. An effort could be funded from all the tax money thats donated every year by our Leaders to corrupt and inept governments.

I saw this coming after watching Humza Yousaf's 'heartfelt' plea to save his mother-in-law, who is apparently stuck in Gaza, and all those similarly affected. The region is surrounded by Muslim countries but, but many muslim countries don't want their fellow muslims in Palestine to immigrate because of the radical element in that country. We in the UK are being exposed to all the world's problems and, whilst the borders of some other countries are being protected, our borders are wide open to a mass infux of economic migrants and terrorist infiltrators.
He is absolutely right but forgetful of the facts that most problems in the countries these people are coming from were started by the British/Europeans by creating political instability in those nations. There are British laws but there are laws of nature and those of God almighty.
They arent our problem. They are not nations close to us - they are thousands of miles away. There is so much strife in the world, it is utter madness to assume we have to help everybody. The country doesn't even function properly for the people who are here let alone even more people who we have nothing in common with and who have limited intention of integrating. Housing, health, transport, school education, jobs - it is all falling apart so there is no way we can take any more.
