Spot on mate. Klopp is in a league of his own. I've never heard an out going manager sing a song for the incoming manager. Klopp said it himself that although he's no longer the manager, he is still a fan of the club and the team and he will back the new manager. A legend of a different class, he is.
You came in and literally turned us from doubters to believers, brought a new philosophy to the club, turned mediocre players into World Class machines and solidified Anfield as a fortress...you deserved more trophies but regardless, you gave us joy in the sport and brought so much with you...Danke Jurgen, you will be missed
As an Arsenal fan think the same. Liverpool went from a mid level club, to Mourinho describing them as almost unbeatable...i remember that press conference where he analyzed Liverpool i thought wow...how is that possible. They were like Milan were, the best team in direct football in Europe. But there was a state club near...lets see ffp now
@@MakeSomeNoiseAgencyPlaylists They did, but they started their global adventure in Hamburg and as I say the Germans subsequently reciprocated many years later.
As a German, it makes me so proud to have Kloppo represent us in football's birthplace. We knew he special since his days at Mainz and besides the worldclass coaching he has done at Liverpool I'm happy he was able to show that we're not all grumpy and angry
I am a man utd supporter..Liverpool fc will forever miss this guy but they will always remember him..what a class manager he is..he will be a hard act to follow..good luck Jurgen with anything you do in the future..also I wish the new manager all the best in his new position..like I say Liverpool ain't my team but u need to give credit where credit its due..Liverpool have been so good under Jurgen..🙏👍
It's sad to see as an arsenal fan there's 1 thing that true arsenal fans can't denied is even through our rivalries there's respect for Liverpool and I felt emotional klopp was a breath of fresh air for the league when he came to yous and wow what an era to witness as a football fan returning yous to the glory days and playing some of the most fantastic football I've seen in years. For me when yous played barca at anfield and had that comeback that sums uo klopp he had a team that never gave up fought till the end and represented the values of your truly great club in every aspect thay game was incredible he will be missed wish him all the best going forward. Something tells me you will all see him at anfiled again, not as manager, but as a true fan cheering the team on.
@@andrewcrawford9775 Thank you for your sincere words, you are a true football fan, I would have loved you to win the Premiere League title today... Greetings from Germany
Goodbye Feyenoord's best manager in the modern era; in Slot we trusted - we will miss you legend! Good luck at Anfield Road! Make the Liverpool fans as happy as you made us Feyenoord fans.
On one side, there are charismatic managers (Mourinho), there are super winner managers (Ancelotti), there are innovative managers (Guardiola), and on the other side, there is a man who combines and improves all these qualities: Klopp is simply on another level. Respect from AC Milan fan .
@@shukrihassan637 Read carefulle my words , I am not comparing, I just say he is better ! And do you think the class and the heritage of a manager it is just the "numbers" of trophy ? The managers who change the football history (Rinus Michels, Crujiff, Sacchi, Lobanovskyi, Herrera, Shankly ...) mostly did't win a huge number of trophy . Of course Pep is one of the best , but look carefully where he worked and the "money" he could spend to build his teams ; Pep won with the SuperBarca (Messi Xavi Iniesta ...), with the richest club in Germany (Bayern) and with the "factory of money" Manchester City ; can you imagine what could do Klopp with such Wonderteams ?
Very rare for a manager to leave on his own terms, not sacked, and even before things started to turn sour or fans became divided (which happened with Wenger). I’d have loved Klopp to stay on, but it also feels like the right time too. As he says, he’s “one of us” for life now. Huge thanks for everything he’s done for the club and hope he enjoys whatever is next, whether inside or outside football.
anyone knows what Klopp gets so much hype compared to a guy like Tuchel? He won 2 titles at Dortmund when Bayern were struggling, 1 more at Liverpool and a CL. Tuchel also has 3 league titles and a CL. Tuchel has had a better win % at Dortmund than Klopp, significantly better at PSG (75%) and comparable at Chelsea/Bayern to Klopp's Liverpool (60%).
They way he iniatiated the Arne Slot song shows how he truly cares for the club. Wants the fans behind the new manager because he wants Liverpool to prosper after his leave 👏👏
Honest, humble, hard-working. Truly emotional, always genuine. Admits faults and bad behaviour, shows respect to opponents. The best German export since Bert Trautmann to the home of football. Now scousers will feel what Mainz and Dortmund supporters had to live through before: losing a real legend. So - don’t be sad, be joyful for the years and triumphs you had. And keep the spirit alive - that is what Juergen would be most proud of. Me: A football lover from Hamburg, who had the honour to watch Kevin Keegan play for his home team.
As a city fan, I will miss Klopp and all our matches vs liverpool I will miss the pasion of both managers and the players Thanks Jurgen Klopp , you will be missed forever, Legend.
Well as an Everton fan I am so sorry he has left. He totally understands LFC and the Spirit of Shankly. Klopp understood Merseyside, Liverpool and fans. A rising tide raises all ships! Great manager and an amazing man.
I''m a Liverpool fan. And I gotta say that I think it's the completely perfect time for him to step down. Not because he has been doing badly in any way. I think he has been close to perfect for the club. But I think the timing of it is perfect in order for a new guy to be able to step in and take it even up a notch. The only slight thing I wish he would have done differently is maybe wait a month or two announcing it to the world that he would leave. But he said it when he came: It's not important what people think when you arrive. It's much more important what people think when you leave. And Klopp has left each club he has managed before wearing out his welcome. And that takes character.
As an American Liverpool fan since my teens and the gerrard days i wish i could have been there i watched the clasisc against barca at home and cried and bever thought this day would come so soon. He did turn all of us from doubters to believers because even with gerrard we couldn’t do what he did and that was win the league. Im truly thankful for what he did for this club and i will miss him 😢. I know were be left in the best hands and also he did so much that he couldnt do alone and he deserves every single honor he gets. Inwish incould have been there to see this in person.
Greek supporter of Liverpool fc since my childhood (1999 started to love this club). I'll never thought i would be in tears for a manager. Jurgen, you are a true man and a true legend. Thank you for all you have done, for Liverpool, for football. YNWA
It says a lot about a man when he is adored by an entire city and by 99% of football fans in this country. I’m a Boro fan I envy the size of your football club, the passion of your fans and the love you have for Klopp. Man City may be an incredible football team but as a club they will never have a soul like Liverpool. Not sure why I’ve always had a soft spot for the scousers but I hope Arnie Slott keeps you at the top where you belong. Britain’s biggest football club, be proud of that.
From a United fan this mans team humbled us, destroyed us, had our game of this season in the FA Cup, the guy is a gem and will miss going to war with his team and their build up....well maybe not 😂 but still thank you Klopp enjoy your break
@jonmath4182 I think liverpool and Manchester United are both brilliant teams between them both they Achieved so much , I hope they both do well next season 👍 my good freind
Arsenal fan here. Used to live in Germany when he was the manager of Mainz. He’s always been class. He gives everything to whatever club he manages. I wish him the best. The premier league is losing one of the best.
You can feel his speech is absolutely not rehearsed or memorized. Man's all over the place addressing random things like a little kid. Goes to show how genuine he is. I'm not a Liverpool fan but Klopp is an absolute class act from start to end. 👏👏
As a Man United fan, I've been impressed by Klopp since his first ever interview as Liverpool manager. So confident, pleasant, & warm. The way he initiated and lead the "Arne Slot" chant is really amazing. Respect
Even as a city fan,am gonna miss klopp, the epic battles between the players, the tactics battles between him and pep,the last 7yrs been hell for us getting chased by him in the league, its been fun as well, good luck jurgen.
Arsenal fan here. Absolute pleasure to have witnessed you in the PL. I said this before your move to Liverpool. If only we had you at Arsenal when wenger left. 😔. Anyways you are any clubs dream manager and Liverpool were lucky to have you for 9 years were you brought them so much success and trophies. Especially the one they were really craving for (PL) no doubt one of the best managers ever to grace the PL. 👏👏👏👏👏 Wish you all the best Mr Klopp. 🎉
What a brilliantly humble and inspiring man, who has sprinkled his magic on Liverpool Football Club for the past 9 years. He will be missed, his humour, his humility, his energy, his work ethic and the transformation he engineered in the club. He was like a father figure to many of the players. When he substituted anyone during a game, bar a couple of exceptions, he gave the player a loving hug, saying thank you for your efforts. He made a very serious business a lot of fun. God bless you Jurgen, YNWA.
Why are you idolising a complete stranger? Especially who lives such a private life? Do you know what his next move his? Do you realise how rich he is?
I walked 1 meter behind him through a festival in Mainz back then 15 Years ago... Everybody loved him and he was nice to everyone and that without cameras.
I’m 26 years old and a Manchester United fan, started watching football at 12. Throughout supporting United I was told to Hate Liverpool because they are our eternal rivals. But because I started supporting United late after their domination, I never had that hate towards Liverpool because the real rivalry happened way before my time, despite being told to hate Liverpool today, I just can’t, this Man is the reason why. Thank you Jurgen for what you did to EPL
This is beyond football. I am Belgian, fan of Mancity and yet I feel as an orphan watching this. And I am pretty sure that many people all over the world feel like I do. This man is inspiring and will be badly missed.
Think back and try to remember, when and where ANY manager has EVER been sent off with a parting gift like THIS... AN ENTIRE STADIUM going bonkers, filled with nothing but 'luv' and respect and admiration and affection... I can't recall anything half as great as this. The KOP is far and beyond the reach on any other club's fans.
Let's face it. Being following English soccer since 1970. Never had i seen such a scene ever !!!!! The fans staying back at the stadium speaks volume of this HUGH ROCKING support for this very HUMBLE MAGNIFICIENT man. Tears rolling out when he ran towards goal post to sign off with his FAMOUS FIST PUMP in the air. By the way, i'm a Leeds fan. Thanks Klopp for bringing unprecedented HAPPINESS to all !!!
This is football this is how it makes you feel even as an arsenal fan I got emotional watching this. When klopp came to Liverpool he was a breath of fresh air in the prem, the emotion he showed on the touchline celebrations made everyone fall in love him. I am glad to say I witnessed the klopp era as a football fan it was amazing to see this man bring a great club back the the glory days an amazing manager and he fell in love with the club just as the fans feel in love with him all the best for future and much respect klopp. On a side note after this season as an arsenal fan i know understand the pain Liverpool felt playing unbelievable football and blowing teams away to finish 2nd. Klopp he is the working man's manger he held Liverpool to the highest standards on and off the pitch.
@rambo1872 Thank you. I appreciate it. For me, yes, I love my club and the rivalries over the years with United and Liverpool but at the same time as a true football fan there's respect there for what they have achieved in their history so you can accept when you miss out on a tittle to clubs loke that but these clubs that have no history and then get the money to run away with the league doesn't feel right. Clubs like forest, Leeds, Villa, Newcastle, Blackburn. Also, even our neighbours spurs yes we banter them about trophies, but city only have 9 more than spurs soo there is more history there for spurs than city over the history of England. Guess what I'm saying is football is about great clubs with history and respect these clubs deserve as we love this beautiful game.
Liverpool FC and Jürgen Klopp: a marriage made in heaven! Made for each other. Damn! This is the highlight of the day, not the crowning of City as EPL champs
A great man and Manager indeed! As a Manchester United fan, I have huge respect and admiration for this perfect gentleman. Best Wishes, Mr.Jurgen Klopp.
As a city fan this is truly bringing tears to my eyes. The battles we had with this man will always be remembered, truly one of the greatest managers of all time. We'll all miss u klopp, there are no words to describe it.
From a Hull City fan thank you Jurgen for bringing the humility and joy back to football you have made even your press conferences worth listening to xx
As a long time reds fan, I've seen managers come and go, and klopp is on a par with Bill shankly. That's the highest praise I can give him, we will miss you Jürgen ♥️
I m an arsenal supporter but I am going to miss Jurgen klopp. My fav manager ever after Arsene wenger. I hope one day he comes back to liverpool again. One of the best manager ever but an even better human being.
Ive supported liverpool for over 40yrs & i can only compare Klopp leaving to how I felt when Kenny resigned. I was a kid then and i was devastated. I feel exactly the same now. We were at absolute rock bottom when he joined, living on past glories whilst fans of other clubs laughed at us. Now thanks to Jurgen, we're once again a Powerhouse in world football. The memories hes given us will never be forgotten. "LEGEND" is used too easily but the transformation and rebuild hes done is unbelievable & "LEGEND" does not do him justice. His sense of humour & his passion are what has made us take him to our hearts and hes up there with THE most important people to ever represent our club along side Kenny, Shanks, Bob & Gerrard. Klopp is up there and forever will be. Kenny has a stand named after him, Shanks has a statue & Bob has the gates named after him ..... JOHN HENRY AND FSG PLEASE GIVE THIS MAN A STATUE
@l.k.3277 Thanks mate. I grew up watching the great 1980's teams and never thought we'd get close to the double 86 team or the Barnes, Beardsley, Aldo, Houghton team of 88 ... Took until Klopp arrived to surpass that team. In my opinion he built our greatest ever footballing side. 6 games off winning 2 more Premier league titles, 2 more Champions leagues, 1 game off a Europa league & 1 game off another league cup. That would be 14 trophies in 9 years ... And people say he's a flop for only winning 1 league.
As a united fan, I salute you 🫡. Classy. The only manager that has challenged the corruption and oil monopoly of city. Impossible to hate despite bringing success back to our main rival. Thanks for being tired, but Jurgen we salute you for doing it the right way.
From a man united fan, Klopp has been an unbelievable manager for Liverpool and brought that club back to the glory days. He will be missed in the premier league. Very charismatic man. Good luck in Life Jurgen, great to see the Liverpool fans and the club give him a great send off. Nothing but respect for a show of appreciation like that.
As a united fan I absolutely liked his style of coaching, man came in when liverpool were nowhere near anything from that moment to this today is what we call an actual rebuild. Also he destroyed Ten Hags Era before Ten hag could. Streets will certainly not forget 7-0 . Enjoy your break legend and may it be a small one and we would see you again.
As a German I also see that Klopp has not only turned LFC into a world class team with his style, he has above all given hope, confidence and joy back to the fans and the city! He was never "a Kraut" at Liverpool, he was your coach. After all the difficult and bloody history between the British and the Germans, that's an extremely encouraging sign. Cheers Klopp, I hope that we might see you again as coach of the German football team!
This man is the reason I don’t hate Liverpool as a United fan. Respect to jurgen for everything that he’s done for the club. Best wishes for the future, the normal one❤️❤️❤️
This show how he lifted the downbeat mood of the crowd with the new anthem for new manager. This is a super manager at brilliant best to motivate and bring everyone together, unrehearsed. Brilliant. I hope they will build statue of Klopp with fist pumping action.
