I just sobbed my little heart out this was My 1st football ground i still remember the excitement as i saw the stadium for the 1st time and that excitement is the same every time i have visited White Hart Lane the same energy the same joy that i am once again in her shadow, the new stadium may have a new look and a new name but she will stand on White Hart Lane and she will feed her energy, her spirit into this new home of ours. White Hart Lane will never fade she just got a makeover. #COYS

Have to confess that brought a tear to my eye. So many wonderful memories over so many years. In the early days I stood in the boys' enclosure (can you imagine that today!) and then season tickets in Block C, Row D. They can have their 21 years of bragging rights. I've got 60 years of treasured memories. I'm a proud Tottenham supporter through and through and always will be. COYS!

The new stadium is in the same place (mostly). This is no different than replacing the stands over time, except all of them are changing at once. It is only a name and to us White Hart Lane can still live on
Farewell Lane, our temple... Spurs our religion. Our Love. The new place will get some stupid corporate name, but it will always remain WHL for the faithful.

The stadium was never officially named after the club moved from Asplins Farm. However, it is thought it came to be known as White Hart Lane after the nearby station.
