Matooke is the staple food for people living in Central Uganda. Preparing it the local way is not a walk in the park. On this lucky day, after work, i returned home to my family and promised them, i was revising my skill in preparing a local dish. I had the kitchen to my self and later, there we were dinning together and munching away on a meal fully prepared by mummy.
