You treat the animals you raise so well! I've watched about 10 of your videos and been pleased that you showed so many aspects about how an ethical and diversified farm can operate. I was also glad to see in this video that your operation is capturing some of the value added by selling directly to the public - although I have no idea who made the meat pies and jams. A more difficult subject to show the public might be an ethical, low-fear (on the part of the animals) approach to slaughter. I realize that's a tough one for most city-dwellers. Yet it's really the ultimate question: you provided the animals with good lives. So what did you do in terms of finding a clean, thoughtful and careful slaughterhouse? I know they exist.
