I use my Farmalls, but my brother's JDs just sit in the shed. I think I will use this method to spin them up after checkover and oiling. Thanks for the short.
@@Rainhill1829 When I lived in southeastern Iowa, I would occasionally run down to Mt. Pleasant on the Labor Day weekend for The Old Threshers Reunion. The operators of all the types of tractors would bring them over to that air brake type machine to test power. It was like a big fan driven by belt drive off the tractor's belt drum. As they load down on the tractor, it was really enjoyable to listen to their exhaust sounds as the pressure was put on. And those oil pulls sounded as nice as any of them.
That's exactly how my dad started his first time every year and also if it died hot in the hay fields. I was only 5 and rode on the seat by the knotters unless the dirt made me walk. Fun fun days. ❤
Look at those two OLE GEEZER'S... Just Shows You, Get OFF the Couch and DO SOMETHING, ANYTHING. They look like they are having a GOOD OLD TIME. ❤️♥️👍🤠🤠🤠🤠
