Farmer in Murang’a reaping profits from increased demand for unprocessed tobacco 

While the war against tobacco consumption persists world over due to its cancer-related illnesses, a farmer in Murang’a County is reaping good profits thanks to increased demand for unprocessed tobacco among the locals. A former employee of a tobacco factory, Francis Maina embarked on farming in 1993 and has never looked back.
