And you also have homes that aren't much better than, say, South Oak Cliff. Farmers Branch can get off their high horses and stop acting like they're, say. Flower Mound or Frisco.

The DART is safe during the day. I know some people that have ridden it every day for years to work and never had a problem. Most cities public transportation is not as safe at night, because jackball politicians won't pay for security at night.
