Farmers in the Kitchen | Episode #2 : Replanting New Lives at Kasy Farm 

In this episode, we meet Kasy Soun and Orathay Rasabout from Kasy Farm. Kasy and Orathay, both refugees from Laos, tell us the story of how they arrived to the United States and eventually Hawaiʻi where they now enjoy days spent working on the farm with their dog Kunia. They prepare Chicken Coconut Green Curry using long beans and fresh bamboo shoots, two crops are typically grown on their farm.
