What a beautiful view! Good stuff, and a great way to start the day, thank u. What you are seeing is the Husqvarna "Quad Port" design vs.. the two transfers AND for what ever reason those g395's just really are STRONG. Mine sure is, and it pretty much toasts my 394. And even beats the 395 converted 394 with a Hyway big bore top end. Go figure. Interesting your finding those g395's are something special as well :)
Thanks Walt! What is the squish of the big bore 395 from Hyway? It is Titanikel version? I must convert my 394, the cylinder is scored... All the best!
@@poparamiro Didn't measure as it was too hard for me to pull over stock. Why did the 395 score? I've got a lot of time on mine w/o issue so far BUT I swapped out the piston pdq. Wonder if yours had the rattler pistons.
@@poparamiro I misunderstood, u have a 394 needing a cylinder NOT the g395 :), Yeah so far I like the look of the Hyway. Did have to play a few games with the carburetor situation. Right now I have a AM carb for a 395 on the 394
Superb ....
When it comes down to sure speed on cutting a tree up stihl has always been slower than husqvarna I like them both ran them both and each and ever time same size saws or really close to same size the husqvarna always had the pure speed advantage low end pulling torque maybe the stihl has a little more
