Which boasts a comfortable couch, wardrobe and amenities you have only dreamt of having. Whether you’re catching some Z’s after a long day in the fields or planning your next crop rotation, you will find the living quarters will suit your needs.
The luxury doesn't stop there! Equipped with a full functioning silo. With a staggering capacity of 600,000 liters, it stores all your base game crops-golden wheat, vibrant sunflowers, and everything in between. But that’s not all! It also holds diesel and water, ensuring your farm runs like a well-oiled machine.
Thought that was all? When your trusty machinery needs a little TLC, our repair shop steps up. Equipped with what you need to fine-tune your combine harvester, tweak your implement configurations you will find little reason for downtime.

It’s like having a secret lair, but with more tractors and grains. And hidden beneath the soil lies our grain silo-a treasure chest filled with golden kernels, waiting for the right moment to be sold. And it even has a viewing window to check on your stock!

This state of the art facility doesn't stop there... Our underground garage is a vehicle enthusiast’s dream. It can house the largest tractors, combines, and even some semi trucks. With two separate floors accessible via an automated elevator, your equipment will be safe while you sleep or during your off seasons.
The facility is locked down from the outside and complimented with an integrated camera and video recording system.

Stores 600,000 Liters in any combination of diesel, water, wheat, barley, maize, sorghum, canola, oats, sunflowers, and soybeans.
Initial placement includes 5,000 liters of diesel and 45,000 liters of water.
Priced at $500,000 plus installation.
Tips
Do NOT free place. You MUST allow terrain deformation while placing.
This is a large facility, and it extends deep into the ground. Some maps may have water planes below the surface, for disciplined financial playthroughs I recommend saving before placing the facility. Just incase of any issues with height.
It is recommended to level the terrain before hand for the best results. Be cautious if using mods on PC that allow you to terraform anywhere. As the hole created is just large enough for the facility.

Don't Listen to Any of the Hate . Lots of people will just be negative about everything . You have Lots of Love from the Good players . This mod looks AWESOME ! You will always have my utmoste respect !

Like with the "pallet simulator" arguement. People in fs19 days wanted more stuff to do with logistics but now we have that as a option and something that can be ignored of you want and people are complaining about pallets and productions. You can never win with everyone. So this is why especially now where I do my take and honest reviews of mods. Even if I don't like X mod. I still see the use and purpose of it and put myself into the mindset of someone who does like X mod

This is awesome You'll definitely get a 5 star rating from me. If it wasn't for moders this game wouldn't be what it is the time and effort to make mods you really should get more appreciation. Nice one can't wait until I can afford one.

Tbh, was gonna say same thing as LFG with the idea of a multifruit. It is actually good to know how multifruit stuff is done in a way like with silos. Not sure how it is with trailers. Anyways, enjoying the work of this and the final product looks nice including levelling of detail. With the slot count high 20s-low 30s not too bad especially where even me being on old gen and having 4500 hours in the game never really expierenced any issues with slot counts and issues like with lag or game crashes. Lastly good to have little insight and knowledge in some of the things that goes into the mods. (May seem simple as a modder) but even as just a player, can appreciate the thought processes and logis and reasons behind choices

Thank you. Yes it was a good point to make it multifruit. I had to think about it for a moment on how to do it without allowing in every liquid (I dont want slurry or liquid fertilizer or milk ect in here). After I stared at the code for a few minutes I realized I could do the storage coded filltypecategories of bulk/liquids. Then under the unloading i could split that off and have the bulk unload over the grain gate. And add in separate unloading stations and specify as filltypes to be exclusive to water and diesel. I wanted the silo to look as it functioned. Theres a diesel tank for the diesel. And the large surface silo for water. This is why I went through and added in the underground silo with the fillvolume reference(It fills higher as the storage % reaches 100%). Makes me want to do an xray video sometime showing the wireframe mode so people can actually see the trigger boxes and what not and understand how that works. Also showing it in Giants editor not just in the game. Along with some of the code. But not sure if everyone cares to see that. I think Looney said this at one point but he nailed it, and that is that we just create what we want for the game and then share it with everyone else. And it's true. Myself personally I am a prepper. Not a paranoid one, but if I could build my dream house this would be it right here. This is the ultimate mancave in my opinion. And here I share it with everyone. So its a piece of my personality, it's my vision, my art that i express and share with everyone.

You're very welcome. Out of the ordinary is my goal! I am hear to bring unusual and fun stuff to farming simulator and I will continue to do so with the next iteration of the game. :)

The estimated slot count is always a bit low from what I have seen so expect around the low 30s for slots 🤔 Lots of great detail and it looks like it works good . I love how you explained why you did things the way you did . Lots of players do not know how much work and thought goes into mods like this 🤔

I think so too, I can always check my metals and gem production from mod hub and run it through to compare the placeables, Get an average % of the increase from its estimate to the real slot count to figure it out or at least within 1-3 slots. :)

Love the mods. Any chance if a possible update or you happen to do another mod can you make it just be like a large under ground parking garage so we could put all the vehicles in it. Would be super cool. If that's even a possibility. Again thanks for all the hard work and Great Mods

I am 100% interested in the idea! Just a matter of finding time to do it. I'm essentially building about 50 mods for FarmerBobs mars map (v2.0). Then I will complete the metals and gem update and be able to start on something like this. I've got some ideas on an underground drive in parking garage. And thank you! 😊

How hard to make the silo multi fruit ? One thing I did see was you are dumping grain on the ground . How about some kind of generic grate ? Just a thought , or was it covered by snow 🤔

I was going to add but it's also 10k vertices. Which is about 8% of the entire building. Trying my best to keep file size down and memory usage low. Do you think I should add it anyways?

For the silo it's not hard, I just change filltypes="list of grains" to filltypecategories="bulk"

@@LooneyFarmGuy Thanks LFG! Silo now will take all bulk fills, includes root crops/grass/tmr/ lime/ solid fert/ all crops. even my paydirt and gems! I appreciate the suggestion. Also took you up on the grain gate.

I can't get the right textures whenever I place it down in the menu then come out holes aren't made for the garage and the bunker any idea why?

The only reason that the terrain wouldn't form is if you are using free placement mode. Unless on your map you are close to the bottom of the terrain height(low) limit.

Hi suprefly1842 i like the mod but can you fix it it has problems with the silo extension and all liquids on the silo extension you can unload but you will lose the grain and with the liquids it only has milk and water

Yea when it is full and you add the silo extension you can unload but the amount says the same so all the grain you just put in is gone
