I really enjoy the Misled videos, they have pointed me in the right direction 😂 Now I have knowledge in Precision farming, can you do a video about autonomous & gps sensors? Keep up the great series😁

So if I have weeds and lime disabled in my settings does PF take that into account? And can you basically take away a step if you use a planter that also fertilizes as you plant? I like the idea of being able to save seed and fertilizer for convenience sake and adding a little bit of realism, but I don’t know if I have the patience to lime and worry about weeds haha. I play maps that have huge fields where I’m refilling my planter and fertilizer 2-3 times per field and hoping this can help but if it comes with mandatory extra steps then idk if it’s for me haha

so you've increased the yield on a field of wheat that's already fully grown? this is confusing how you've explained this. i thought the yield potential was fields not yet sown.. hmmm

Precision farming can be a bit confusing at first. I may need to do an update video and simplify the explanation. But, in essence, lime application levels are based on soil types while fertilizer amounts are based on the type of crop planted. Yield potential just gives you what the max percentage of yield could be (based on perfect lime and fertilizer). Expected yield is what you can expect to harvest based on if you’ve lined and fertilized to the preferred amounts. You can “technically” increase the yield on a fully grown field by simply liming and fertilizing after taking soil samples. Bit out of order but, it’s a technique nonetheless!
