The thing with the different types of villagers is that in Java they have a 50% chance to take on the type of one of their parents, so you have a desert and a plains villager as parents, and the biome looks to be a savanna, so these three types can be born. I didn't know this until this happened to me and I was hella confused.

Your villagers are actually savanna and desert Mangrove villagers don’t exist, and swamp villagers got these like purple clothes with leaf accents

Where you went wrong is only having one glass bottle. Didn't you get sand? Make more or barter with piglins with all the gold in the caves. They trade glass bottles. Going back to a previous save point isn't cheating to me but I wonder why you needed villagers. In the Nether, you could trade for books/find then in bastians and make an enchanting table and eventually bookshelves, if you grind. You could also find enchanted books in dungeons or minecarts.
