Arguably the best rail trail in Connecticut, the Farmington Canal greenway does not disappoint. This highly developed paved rail trail has much to offer. It has history of the the Farmington Canal, the railroad that replace it and a museum in the former Milldale Depot. There are breweries, Murals and art to enjoy along the way and even a pollinator garden for all to enjoy. It’s perfect for families, with numerous picnic tables, benches bathrooms and bike tools along the way.
