Thanks for the video. Does the 3.5mm x 1.35mm adapter get hot when pushgin 65 watts or more? I don't think those small adapters like that are meant to handle much that much power. Thanks.
Good question. It gets pretty warm under larger loads. However, I use this for testing devices only and have not connected it to a high-power device long enough to really know if it eventually overheats.
it depends on the voltage. These adapter are based on usb c pd, which means they usually have a fixed amperage of for example 3a or 5a and then increase the voltage. So 100w is really 20v @ 5a and 60w is achieved with 20v @ 3a.
