Can you please clearly tell me about theme board of a design process. I mean how to make a theme board through out from mind mapping? For example I have taken translucent effect and sharp edges of Crystal as my Inspiration, then next how to make theme board on it?❓❓❓❓❓
Dear Varnit, theme board is a visual presentation of your finalised thoughts and ideas that you want to take forward. writing a concept after mind map helps to identify appropriate visuals that will transient your thoughts into a visual board .Design process progresses in 3 steps 1)-textual( your idea/concept) 2)-Visual ( mood and feel) 3)-Tactile exploration( 3D swatches and silhouettes .
Hello sir! Hope you are doing well! Here I'm getting confused for one thing that's inspiration board, I previously checked your video which is difference between mood board and inspiration board. I have clarity on mood board but I didn't get how to inspiration board would be, as you told if we inspire by desert we can make inspiration board with refference dessert picture's but if we inspired by any art or paintings, could we put one picture on inspiration board ?or we should take all the pictures which r related to that painting?
Inspiration board is the start of collection and it consist of visual of any material that inspires you .. if it is a painting put that painting as inspiration .....basically you are saying that this was the trigger idea.... if it a butterfly put butterfly visual is good enough ... but you are triggered by a picture of butterfly sitting on a certain flower , put that complete picture in inspiration board .... in my Alexander McQueen video, Sarah got inspired by cloutie tree and that image of cloutie tree is her inspiration board.hope that clarifies

Please collect the iconography of Kerala … the elements that are associated with Kerala , then interpret those elements /motifs on the sari in print , embellishments . You can also use placement of these elements/motifs on the sari following the sari draping method of kerala … use the same method to create blouse …. In your presentation show Jewellary also ….
