It was pretty clearly meant ironically as in "Isn't it funny how Raja and Raven are being very nice/lenient in their runway critiques [on the official RPDR show that specifically reviews the queens' runway looks,] whereas Bianca and Scarlet gave much more criticisms and negative critiques on the Pit Stop [The show that recaps the entire episode, but doesn't usually go quite as in depth on analyzing and critiquing the runway looks.] I believe it was the late, great, painter Bob Ross who said, *The key to a successful read is literacy.* Because if you yourself can't read, how the hell are you gon' read somebody else?

I'm wondering if the category they were told was just "metalic", then the producers dressed it up as "metalica" for filming. Because I was expecting to see at least some girls take a metal rock twist to it when Ru said the category, but everyone did the usual studio 54 or armour/panelled looks. You're right, they're good looks, but nothing new and exciting, except Sasha's. I was expecting Raja and Raven to be more frustrated by that.

Okay.... comparing her to Michael Jackson or Prince is literally a stretch. I get you're a fan of Sasha, but she's nowhere near those two mega stars you mentioned. They were incredible. They were pioneers. They were top of their game as singers, dancers and all round entertainers. They were musicians. They broke records, broke the mould and did for black people what no one else did at the time. You can't compare Sasha. They were both in a different stratosphere! No disrespect at all, but the kids of today are enthralled by literally anyone that everyone else seems to be enthralled by. Sasha IS an amazing performer, but she's simply a drag performer. A (fierce) lipsyncer that looks good just walking around collecting money. She can't be compared to the mega stars of the entertainment world. That's another level.

The show must me spectacular because all the reviewers seem gagged.. but on the show it seems they’re gagged from telling it like it is 🙊 would love to see something from Selina that translates better on the screen! Bring on the camp

Wendy I know exactly how you feel. Honestly I felt like I was short changed on Friday. So I was left feeling a little empty. I have a couple of suggestions. I watch Wilma fingerdoo. If you haven't seen her before she's a queen, absolutely hilarious does drag race reviews she's being a big part of my drag race experience for years. Also Deja has started a new show where she reviews the lip sync for your life. I watched it last night and it was terrific. Every little bit helps to get you from one Friday to the next. LOL I'm so excited about the snatch game but I have a feeling it's going to be rushed. That's a lot to fit into one hour.

Not to mention they have spent their entire lives together, so they are going to have similar experiences, issues, aesthetics. Even twins stronger in (identical twins)born and separated have a lot of similarities when it comes to likes, aesthetics, and choices made. I really think people have already decided not to like them and therefore won’t even acknowledge when they do excel in a challenge or runway.

@@jovanc.1198 to be honest i did find them a bit cringy in the beginning as well but i've really warmed up to them and i really like how they match their looks, i really don't know why people are like "we're tired of it, they need to switch it up" cause when did we ever see this on drag race before????

Exactly I love seeing the similarities but the beautiful contrast. They’re so polished and clean with their looks it’s very refreshing and new to see. Don’t see the problem at all!

I don't agree that the metal needs to be shiny. I was glad they tooted Jax's look even though it wasn't their aesthetic, because it was different and well done. I would have like to see a different boot, with additional metal, though.

I saw lots of crumbs left behind IMO. I give half of them boots.

I cant tell them apart really, it's all giving "I hired a designer to make me this" and I dont see any personality in at least a 1/3 of them. I'd be ok with less polish if it meant more uniqueness, they arent even "UNT" in the word's of jujubee.
