Hello, Dave. 1st Timer. Great channel! Thank you for this FAR series. (Please do more, maybe with one of the decades set.) I recently finished a 2012 NASCAR replay via Red White & Blue Racin. Now I'm beginning the same season using FAR. Your videos have really helped. . . Couple things I noticed. Isn't Downey's board colors the reverse of what they should be? Based on the grid numbers, the WHITE die column is the tens column, and the RED die column is the ones number. Of course, the manual says the reverse -- red die is the tens. (As it traditionally is with 2 D6s.) But the board ain't. . . So I just do what the board looks like -- white die column number, red die the row. The other catch I think I made is when you played the YELLOW contact portion, for some reason you were rolling PASS on the dice being above the yellow number, when PASS should've been below the driver's contact rating. . . As with all the other driver ratings, higher is better with contact. Regardless, thank you for this and all your other collections. Very glad to have found your channel. Also, is that very cool spreadsheet available anywhere? Great job.
You should know that cars a lap down can challenge the leader. If they win, they get their lap back. If they lose, they get another green lapped marker. I think your videos are verr cool.
I do the same for my races, use the original starters and see what happens! You do a great job explaining the game, thanks for the video! Great job! Love the colors!
