I have a wonderful book among many called (Doing it Afraid) I’ve been facing autoimmune conditions since,I was 7 so the last 49 years and they always called them invisible illnesses if it wasn’t for the scars all over my body no one would know. When you said, just let yourself go… I just close my eyes and it’s raining here and thunderstorms on and off which I love listening to the sound of the rain and was holding my phone,closing my eyes and listening to the ring sounds which,I missed the rings so much I didn’t even miss all that much that there were no nails, because it sounded amazing even without having them to be honest,but just letting go(I just zoned)probably not such a good idea for me the next time I watch one of your videos,especially the really relaxing Reiki. I ended up dozing off,dropping my phone on the floor.😂😂😂😂 now just going to continue with the rest of the video if I can hold my head up.😂😂 in my defense.
