Fast and Factual LIVE: US and Russian Defence Chiefs Discuss Ukraine on Phone Call
US Secretary of Defence Lloyd Austin held a phone call with his Russian counterpart Andrei Belousov, focusing on the Ukraine war. According to the Pentagon, Austin emphasised the importance of maintaining lines of communication amid ongoing escalations in the war. Meanwhile, Moscow stated that Defence Minister Andrei Belousov pointed to the danger of further escalation due to the ongoing US weapons supply to Ukraine. This marks the first conversation between top defence officials in the US and Russia in 15 months. The call comes after the Kremlin blamed the US for Ukraine's strike in Crimea.

I have seen a lot of comments concerned by this lady's reporting skills. I think the problem here is that she sounds like most of the American news reporters. I think more emotions to her tone, and also being more natural in her voice. Otherwise, she would fit perfectly in an American news channel.

Russia wouldn’t dare to target the U.S. Iran, China and other Allies are proving them weapons. Russia provides weapons to U.S. enemies. Why can’t the U.S. offer weapons to its allies? The U.S. is not Ukraine. If the U.S. was targeting or attacking Russia; they would know for sure.
