“Fast and Light” explores a tribe of runners who are motivated by pushing their limits in some of the world’s most extreme mountain environments. Told through the eyes of pioneers and heroes including Kilian Jornet, Marino Giacometti, Bruno Brunod and Fabio Meraldi - the film unpacks the sport of Skyrunning, a practice that started with a few individuals following their passion and has evolved over 2 decades to a worldwide discipline reaching thousands of people across the globe.
