Real talk: how do I not buy performance upgrades if I always barely have any tokens? The game barely gives you any because it's obviously created that way to make you buy premium shipments, this is what pisses me off the most about Payback. I never have tokens when normally progressing through the game and barely have any money because I waste all of it on performance parts. What do I do lol. Like it's stupid, do I have to grind the same fucking races over and over just to get tokens? That's some bullshit
@@GooleEnt He know's he's not racist. People just love to make other people look bad. and when it comes to race, they're looking for excuses to call you a racist. Even if you say the word race, they have already called you a racist in their minds.
Some of those bets are bullshit though. Like having to stay in last place for 120 seconds, pretty much the entire duration of the race. And it doesn’t help that third place seems to always fall farther behind 1st and 2nd.
Shaun Freeman Story is better than the old game and better than most nfs games imo aside from the run, and although I've never played it, I believe the one with razor everyone loves is carbon? So that's good to obviously.
J-Dub37992 Oh I know 2012 sucked. Wasn't there a most wanted 2 in like 2003? Just engraved into my brain the going down on it song while cops chase a Ferrari and lambo, good times lol.
Some event I can’t remember the name exactly but I think it’s Hyperspace Circuit, I get $12,500 each race and around $18,250 for the side bets so around $30,000 and it only takes around 2 minutes
I built my car on the first drift race and I had a blast. Got up to 1250000 in the end being my highest single drift. I appreciate you spreading the race as its immensely good.
Mason J. Hop in a brand new derelict car and go to the tune up shop, you can buy level 1 speed cards for 10k each and trade them in straight away to use for spins
VNMZ - NFS and more Not really mate, at Level 18 parts each speed card costs 30k and only come with 1 perk if any at all. I'd much rather invest 30k to have a chance at spinning something decent.
VNMZ - NFS and more they only come with 1 perk or no perks though and perks are what make a huge difference in the stats, so rolling for the possibility of a card with multiple perks is way more worth it imo, especially when it costs the same as buying a level 18 part outright
On hard difficulty you should do the first race for the graveyard shift and then do it a couple of times then buy a decent race car and defeat the graveyard shift and find the mustang turn it to a drag car and defeat udo find the 240z turn it into a drift car and you should be golden
Do the civilian slalom drag race, its 28k if you win and around 12-30k in side bets so around 50k and its honestly short and easy to do, and all you need is a fast car and time to do them, i recomend the porsche 911 rsr 2.8, and have the nitrous maxed, the car is nothing without it's nitrous so max that out and you'll win cash all the time
Just another point regarding the upgrade spins. you can move across to parts, brand or perk. lock it and spin. you can spin for perks to gain perk bonuses, spin for brands to get brand bonuses. :)
That drift around the block trial is probably the best. It's easy as fuck and you get about $12k every minute and a half depending how fast your drift car is.
I have done all the story missions and got 399lvl regera. I play the race hyperspeed to make money. it takes about 2 minutes to complete the race and u can get 12k without bets.... With bets u can get about 30k+ i recommend to sell speed cards to get 5k more. The hardest bet is to be in last 120 secs and then win. In 40 minutes i got about 1mil. Veeri naais😉
To be fair, I use the circle construction race and finish the bets that usually give me 13k-19k plus and trade in the cards. I make around 25-33k money from winning the bet and race. The time I finish the race is under 2:00 minutes or a bit longer because of beating the bet requirements
How do you go about beating the stay in last for 2 minutes side bet? That's the only one they're giving me now and I can't complete it since after 2 minutes you're already through the last lap and it's really hard to make it into first, even with a 399 car :P
EpicSolutionZ I had trouble with this one too, the trick is you have to stay super far behind like at least like half a lap behind Then when you have like 20 seconds left of being in last, you catch up The other cars slow down a bunch so that you can catch up and you can beat this one super easy
What I like to do to grind money is the Highway Drag or something like that, it’s in the desert, north of the airfield, and west of a gas station on the highway. Keep in mind you unlock this race in the last drag league, Diamond Block, and I use a level 380 SRT Viper, the side bets are easy, and they pay from 10000-15000 plus the reward for completing races. It add up to around 19000-24000 cash every time you complete it.
there is a drag race that you do with the riot club and it gives you 7.5k each time and takes me 16 secs to do. You can start them with stock cars and upgrade your car using the cards you get at the end of the race and once you have a 399 car you can sell the cards for even more money
Short 1 mil/hour guide for offroad: If you dont mind offroading, you can do a 2-race offroad loop you see at 1:21 and can make you over a million an hour counting travel time between events. Its another back and forth 2-set like the stargazer ascent/descent (they dont put you EXACTLY on the other's start line, need to drive around 10-15 seconds). The side bets on these have gone up to about 14,000 for me, and both races take only a minute and a half. As you do it, you'll also upgrade your car and it will speed up even more. The "smash 35-50 objects" can be annoying once you reach the highest 'level' on side bets but here's a tip: -First event: just drive along fences slowly from the start, as you tear it up they will give you 20-40, depends on how slow you go (slower=better, theres a small cooldown after you smash a piece before it registers the next smashed object). -Second event: drive until you get to the asphalt highway intersection near the start, then stop and drive along the big road, smash all the small poles, signs and whatnot along the highway's edges, then continue down the offroad route. Don't worry, rubber banding's got your back, you'll catch back up in about 10 seconds! Note that i've beaten the story and the money rewards/side bets might be lower on earlier levels, im not sure, but lets be honest, no car on earlier levels will cost a million that you'd get here so you'll be set either way) Hope this helped someone! :D
Autos Arte Agreed actually have to spend time to upgrade your cars, so I care about them more. My raptor has 700 hp and it's not even fully upgraded, goes about 200 with nos. Lol.
Guess what, you can *buy* Tokens with real money i.e Microtransactions. And what do you use those Tokens for? To spin a slot maschine i.e Loot Boxes. Welcome to gaming in 2017 people.
I can't belive you're actually defending this scummy business practice! Ever notice how you have to trade in your Speed Cards or open Shipments to get these Tokkens? Ever notice that you only get 1 from a Speed Card and only a few from Base Shipment? It gets extremely grindy if you don't pay! I just also hate the fact that upgrading your car is completely random. Even if i wanted to spend in-game currency to upgrade my car the uprages are still random! This is EA. If you're not sceptical in the slightest then you obviously don't know EA. This game will turn into a microtransaction #Pay2Win cesspool come 2018.
Not everything handed to me but rather if i want to upgrade my car i should be able to upgrade my car and not rely on a slot machine for upgrades. Here’s what i think they could have done. Have unbranded parts in the Tune-Up shop that scales depending on how far you’re into the game and leave the brand parts with perks to the slot machine instead. Better yet, leave the slot machine bullshit out of single player and only use that crap online.
dpd growtopia full hd 4k pro vivavideomaster69 speed lists take 20 minutes to do and you only earn 25-35k. Hyperspace Circuit is the best way to earn money.
Did anyone realize you can turn the Dodge Challenger into the hellcat in this game? Made me so happy to see that! They have body mods that you can put on to change the look of the old challenger
Mate, no hard feelings but you forgot to note the set 3 missions with the 1% club, the race "Hyperspace Circuit" the second race you do with them. It's a small circuit, depending on the car you have it'll take below 2 minutes, and the initial reward is 12,500$, but some of the side bets go towards 18,750$. This race is more helpful if you are finished the game and want to farm for money, or if you need money for a better car towards the end of the game. The level is 310, but a car with that level or higher should smoke it, depending on the driver.
There is also a race called fight to the city probably the first race in the 1 Percent Club questline. That gives almost 12 k and it's super easy. And the teleport is right beside a petrol pump so thats nice too. The side bets are tough though on that. Clean driving and shit.
For those who are at the end of the game or already finished it to make easy money you should play a race called Hyperspace Circuit. It takes about 2 minutes and you get paid 13k for finishing first and side bets can go from 11k to 19k I've been using this method and I already have the Regera, Huayra and multiple other super cars just by using this method
The first race of the 1 percent league is pretty good cause you can get like 25k max with the bets and payout combined and the race is pretty easy you just need a car at level 280 or 290 at the lowest
My first drift car was a 180sx that I made into mako sato's sileighty from initial d. The speed cards do have effect because without them, I wouldn't hit 200 mph in a freaking 180sx. Oh, and for the money, just grind ur butt off on one event (I'm now grinding for a Porsche 993) and it works.
The best way that i've found to get money is to do drag races that you get later in the game. You get 9000 for winning and with some of the side bets you get 9-14k. Plus all you have to do is win twice, it takes a whole minute to get a decent chunk of money. One of the bets i have to do is get 4 wheelies, which may seem imposisble for a 3 race series. but all i do for the first race is just kinda throw it, and do a bunch of wheelies at the beginning of the race. If you get fast enough at it, you can sometimes win the race too to save time. But it's incredibly easy and i found it to be the fastest way. I just use my 399 65' mustang drag superbuild and it gets the job done easily. If you want to know the one that i do, follow these directions. On the highway in between the top area and the left area, you will see a gas station before an intersection if you're going towards the left area. Keep heading in that direction past the intersection and you will see a drag race on the oncoming lane of traffic. That is the best one in my opinion. Happy money making!
There’s an easy way to rep farm, you need a fast car that goes faster than 250 km/h easily (figure mph yourself), head to the highway and drive on the left side of the road and you’ll be getting 1000 rep every15 seconds or so.I got 450000 rep for driving on the left side of the road for seven minutes. How it works, well, you constantly get the best oncoming skill.Hope this was helpful. ;)
Okay so I have a question about customization... When I try to do stance tuning, it won't let me edit track width? I can lower it, camber, etc, but track width (wheel offset) I can't change on any of my cars. Anyone else dealing with that? Or am I simply forgetting something 😂
The first graveyard shift Race is also the perfect way to earn money and its at the side of a gas station Need 1 Minute to finish it With that method i am already rep lvl 50
Pants you don't have this info because you don't have derelicts but when you have a derelict it takes a long time for the performance parts to rank up and be higher level when building up your derelicts to be race ready its honestly just better to buy the parts at first because the parts are cheaper at lower levels and then once you hit higher levels you can just trade the parts in as you grid out race. Derelicts are honestly shit starting out but that's okay they are free cars just throw a small amount of cash at them then when they are race ready just race them and get a ton of part cards. The point of buying the upgrades is that lock and rolling the part cards ends up wasting so many of them because at the beginning it will only give you level 1 or 2 parts which is a massive waste of part cards. PS don't use the pickup truck derelict in drag something is wrong with it. its ridiculously under powered even when racing against a car with a lower part score than it it will always lose massively
Want easy money ? Just do drag races (the first 2 events cause you only need to win 2 races). Less than 20 seconds per heat if you have a decent car (not some shitty Camaro), and just win 2/3 heats, meaning less than 40 seconds of racing, all around about 1 minute with the results screens and such included. You also get loads of parts for your drag car which you can then trade in for tokens and you level up faster this way meaning you get shipments quicker. Oh and there's a performance shop close to it to which you can teleport and sell your unwanted parts straight away. Speedy Black Man you might as well pin this.
There a other race that gives you $13.124 and the bets are higher the race is called hyperspace circuit i would say it the best way getting alot of money it located in the city....
Hyperspace circuit is definitely the best from what I've seen. You get about 500k per hour depending on the side bet and how many side bets you've done on the race; each time you complete a side bet, the next bet gets more difficult, but you receive more money (up to a certain point, the bets will stop getting more difficult and just repeat). You can also get about 24-30 speed cards within that hour which you can trade in for tokens or cash cash money 💰

I have found when i was trying to upgrade the 240z to 399 i was having issues like the parts weren't going that high when i spun then i figured it out there is some system that even if u have finished the game what u roll and how high its level is is based off the cars level so a higher level car is more likely to higher level parts so i have found if u use your money do what he says but keep going shops and getting the level up u can get a 399 car with using alot less part tokens
If you get to the end game ish. Whem you get to Nova she has a race that's almost like a oval race. Each lap is like 30 seconds and there's 5 laps. Its like 2 minutes to do the race. It pays 12.5k each race before the bet. The goals are kinda hard but if get them its hella rewarding. I jad one where you need to get a 26 sec lap and it payed 16k. Its great for grinding. Thank me laterrr.
