Hi fellows and miss i don't know about you guys but the hardest thing to put together was the frame of the bike to the part with the back wheels and im working alone here. enjo y the bike guys.

I like that color, they have some awesome colors. I have a feeling Mooncool going to be A popular bike this year they better ramp up the production line. You’re getting pretty trick on those bikes.

I think I would switch out the rear basket to the one that’s comes with the folding trike will look a lot better

That trike looks very comparable to an addmotor M330..would you agree? But at $1400, it’s waay more affordable.

This is the antithesis of out-of-the box easy assembly. Jeez, compared to the folding version, this looks a serious challenge for anyone, even if you’ve built and assembled your own bike online. 3 hours? What I’m not seeing here is the need for some decent (not in-the-box) tools, essential lubrication of the various parts. Always a good idea to lay out all of the parts and take pics to make sure what you have and anything missing. Good thing it doesn’t have hydraulic brakes to bleed. You guys need to disassemble, properly lubricate and reassemble. I think I may just pay a shop to assemble. I got better things to do.

Gee that chain is low to the ground. It would be pretty easy to damage that rear deraileur.

Agreed. Most trikes hang really low. So far I have not hit anything with it.

SO! Do most trikes want to tip to one side or is this one special? I know they will to some degree but, is there a trike you feel tends to do this the least? T.Y.

I like the tk1 folding better so far it has been an excellent trike but their customer service is absolutely horrible, I seen where you guys got a trophy and a few other people trophies for doing reviews I don't understand how y'all communicate with them for me it has been horrible, I have several velotric nomad 1's I haven't had much trouble with them but their customer service when you do call is very good one of mine out of the box had a messed up handlebar switch for the controller they sent me a new one within 3 days I've purchased several extra parts just to have on hand they've had no problem with getting me the parts they're reasonably priced can I get them fast

The TK1 is better in many ways but also more expensive. This is a less expensive alternative. I have heard mixed comments about customer service. It seems to be hot or miss with a lot of these companies. Some people have terrible experiences and others say its great.

@@EbikeReviews will again we do like the bike the only changes I made to it was move the headlight back behind the basket and it was very simple to do I used one of the basket bracket holes the headlight was hitting everything no matter if you were putting it in the garage or the trailer or just moving around seem like the headlight just banged into everything but when I ordered it on Black Friday it was supposed to have a helmet a lock a water bottle and water bottle holder that came as a free accessory, not a big deal to me but every time I would talk to them on the phone they would refer me back to email our message them on their social media page and then every response I got was what can we do to help you
