One of the best burgers I used to have (bar closed down years ago) was blackened, topped with cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomato with burger sauce served on toasted sourdough. Another great one was kind of a patty melt thing, except the sourdough bread was grilled with parmesean cheese. It had tomato, bacon, cheese and mayo. Finally, you just can't beat a great green chile cheeseburger.

Looks awesome. Kudos on not overworking your ground beef. You didn't really make a point out of it -- but heavily kneading and mashing it together ruins it. It's burger, not meatloaf. Haha. And of course, Duke's again. 👍🏻
