This is exactly why I’m going to take your workshop next as in watching your videos I’m getting down terminology understanding concepts I’m almost ready to take the workshop so that I can start using your face chassis for my products and work in my own formulations from there because I don’t have the science background to do the formulating by myself but I want to be all natural and I appreciate you doing green recipes next to the cheap recipes could you please continue to do this with your products chassis
Thanks for the videos, very informative. When I made the natural emulsion in this video (exact same ingredients, no substitutions and no additional ingredients), it has micro foam (white rub-in). I have seen your other video that suggest a low HLB emulsifier at 2% and I see this formula has incorporated a low HLB emulsifier at 2%, therefore I am unsure why this formula has micro foam? Appreciate any insight, thanks.

I have problem with formulating: at the moment of mixing everything is great, fine texture; but tomorrow it shows some small granules (smth like that). It's natural produck, from natural ingredients. What could be the reason of that problem and how to avoid ti? Thanx a lot 😘

You have to ensure your water phase is remaining hot enough throughout the emulsification stage. Aim to heat your water phase about 10 degrees above the melting point of your emulsifiers to ensure this. Hope this helps !

Hi Blenda, I tried the natural cream,it’s amazing.🙂 If I replace Montanov 68with Glyceryl stearate and PEG 100 stearate how much should I use? Should I also not add 2% glyceryl stearate since the emulsifier glyceryl stearate and PEG-100 stearate already has that? What will be the changes? Thank you Blenda.❤️

Hi Michael, a chassis is the base formula/product - if you want to go to market fast, you need to be working with an extensively tested base 'chassis' - base formula - that is robust regardless of what actives you want to add - with minimal testing to prove suitability. I hope this helps, please contact us for the free formula chassis: info@personalcarescience.com.au
