They need to make it clear that its all technique and that the man is clearly stronger. Most movies just show women casually rugby tackling men and that just doesn't work against a larger opponent.

Obviously Hobbs is way stronger, even with great skill and technique its not easy to fight an opponent that is waaaayyy stronger than you and is about three times your weight. I liked this fight because it was clear she had better technique and skill but against the Rock, one mistake on her part and he could end it in a second.

tbh, does it even matter after this point? this is obviously one of those franchises that logic get out of the way for the sake of good action. 1) dom beats the elite soldiers like hobbs and shaw with the power of family and street 2) hobbs can throw people like a ragdoll and headbutt a guy in a swat helmet 3) brixton can punch through the metal but cannot rip hobbs and shaw's head when he punch them im not saying she should have necessarily win or something. my point is, why should we start care right now?

The point of these movies is to be as ridiculous and as entertaining as possible, not to make sense. These movies stopped long ago to try and be taken seriously, they realized they are basically anime at this point.
