Remember folks, on busy roads, don't speed up to the point where you can't come to a stop in 2-3 seconds. The only fault here is speeding. However, the Innova is kind of suspicious because we all know that there is a mini-divider at the 3rd mile junction/traffic stop (which says "Choose your lane") while going towards Aramile. So my suspicion is that the Innova was driving on the right hand side (fast lane) after crossing the 3rd mile junction, but upon reaching the gym, he suddenly slowed down and moved to the left-side lane without looking behind. We can see that the scooty was speeding, but the car and other scooty that followed were also driving in similar speed as the unfortunate scooty guy. I'm not saying the scooty guy is innocent but there's room for scrutiny on the part of the Innova.

Scooty was wrong...we can see clearly....it was in over speeding. Kiss of Innova.

Same thing happened to me last time near padumpukhri colony. I was going slow cos of traffic jam. Suddenly a scooty (Nl 07 E 3076) came speeding n rammed into the right side of my bumper(luckily nothing happened to him). I got out n asked him to repair it, asked him to park at the side to avoid causing inconvenience to others n also to talk about it. He agreed, BUT as soon as I went to park my car too, he sped away in between cars. I helplessly had to watch him disappear from my sight. It was a sad day for me.

Scooty toh speed hobo pare , but Innova driver bi olop galti ase naki? He should already be in the left lane if he wants to stop or move put of the highway. According to what i see in the video, he might have given signal but he's trying to stop on the left lane while coming from the right lane.

I will recommend that check the CCTV nicely the car stop in middle plus please check the indicator too and ofcourse it's highway not colony road it will cross 50 …60 if we don't maintain speed than will hit from back right

Indicator or not, that scooty was speeding like crazy failing to brake even when the innova was clearly slowing down. Maybe he did brake but failed or maybe he was not focus on the front. Well, i pray for his speedy recovery. 💌

Also , the cars in front very often they brake so sudden , we often find it hard to brake as smooth and instant as fourwheel vehicle can do _ and infact knowing the fact that it's fourlane all riders and drivers speed up on it ..POV it's not only about speeding there's fault in not showing signals atleast 10-15 mtrs beforehand which could alert the back riders and drivers to slowdown or divert to other side

Scootie might be overspeeding, but even the innova shouldn't be stopping like that in the middle. Even the turn shouldn't be from the middle if the gate is closed or going to take very slow turn. Hope the indicator was also given ahead of time by the driver or else it'll be fully innovas fault.

Was it a daylight drunk scooty rider ? He had sufficient distance to pull up the brakes.
