Please recommend some diy videos for projects around the home like the one you shared about flipping the table or about making food boards etc. and some DIY simple furniture. Thanks. Love your diy furniture videos❤
Once, I found an old chair at a yard sale for $2.00. The cushion was covered in an old tapastry and was dryrotted, and the wooden seat area was warped. I took it home. Stripped it, painted it, and got a new plank of wood for the bottom. Used a pillow as the new cushion and covered it with an old plaid blanket I had. I then did a mosaic design on the back, using broken tiles in the matching colors of the cushion. I went to my local tile shop and asked if I could have any broken pieces. The guy gave me a whole box of bits and pieces for free. I still have that chair and love it.😊
It's a good idea to use a wet cloth before your final sand, since it raises the grain. Then your final sanding takes that raised grain down again. Otherwise, your poly coat may raise the grain and make your final result bumpy.
I love all of them! My favorite was the raw edge tall table. My friend took a piece of raw edge 6 foot slab and made me the most beautiful charcuterie board! It goes with me to every girls' weekend. It was even the main piece at an outdoor wedding. You made the most beautiful pieces !!
That table is awesome!! When I was younger, my parents had two tables similar. One long console table and another smaller one with a cool knot at the bottom. When they sold their house, it was sold with everything in it! 😟 (I didn't have the space but think of the tables often). 🤔 is that weird lol probably... Thanks so much for your DIY'S!! Always to notch!! 😁💜
All three pieces are beautiful! I’m partial to the raw wood that you oiled. I love beachy decor and rustic woodsy cabin decor (not together 😂) and I think that table can be used in both styles of decor!
I like the coffee table with the 2 drawers. They are all good finds, but I like the coffee table most of all. It's amazing what you can do with stuff you find along the road or at Good Will.
We LOVE finding roadside treasures! Working on a piece right now♥️I love the raw wood! Also the chest in draws! You and I are a lot alike 😊 you are gorgeous inside and out 💕
Kathryn you are killing the game!!!! Thank you for sharing❤❤ By the way I like all 3. Too hard to just pick one. 😊😊😊 Plus I got my crafty subscription.
Choose? I have to choose? I was impressed by all three! Thank you for explaining the steps but keeping it fast paced. The bleaching technique piqued my interest. 🤔
