My first time driving this car, around this track. I was given a score of 82%, when 60-70% is average. The car had a PDK gearbox which was weird at first, but soon got used to it.
Finally, a video of Thruxton where the driver is pushing and the instructor is encouraging them to keep the revs up and take corners at a decent speed!
Great drive. Just think @2:12 Church into Brooklands that turn is pretty much full speed not let off in BTCC. I'd say to anyone new to this, pick either the Cayman or the Jag P300 and just ask to leave in Sport Auto and forget the paddle shifts, it will just give you that one less thing to think about.
I went on the day before (Friday), and got 75%, then 88% in the R8! Was an awesome day, think I might have been spoiled by being around such amazing cars now though...
