Of the three balls you were showing which one is more like the super natural. Mine is 7 years old and I think I need to get a replacement that would be like the super natural.
Would be interesting to see a comparison of the new urethane balls to the original urethane balls from the 80's you know the last century. One line of balls were the AMF Angle balls. Just wonder how they would differ.
@@verity-crawley I was just curious since I have one of the original urethane balls. The one I have is the black AMF Angle ball. It was one of the very first ball line to cost over a 100.00 dollars. It is my spare ball these days it is about thirty five years old give or take.
Do you drill fixed thumb slugs or switch grip thumb slugs in your bowling balls and is there a trend on tour with the pros in drilling less switch grip thumb slugs?
@@Joeyd123abc2 The Pitch Purple really isn't urethane. I have 5 different urethane balls and I can tell you the Pitch Purple does not roll like any of them. I got the Pitch Purple hoping it would fill a gap but after throwing it I can't imagine when I would use it.
@@Joeyd123abc2 Nobody I have spoken to about this ball says it behaves like a urethane piece. I own one and can say the same. Whatever "definition" you're talking about is irrelevant. You are spreading misinformation but I will not argue with you here.
It objectively has a urethane coverstock. This is not up for debate. Look on Storm's own website if you must. The only difference is that a Pitch Black has a conventional urethane coverstock. The Fast Pitch AND the Pitch Purple both have unconventional urethane coverstocks - usually consisting of urethane with certain tackifier additives. They are still urethane though, always will be too. By your reckoning, modern day reactive resin isn't "real" resin as it doesn't have the exact same chemical makeup as the original resin balls. Once put like that, your point sounds stupid. The only misinformation being spread here is your own, no need to argue as you don't have ground to stand on. Have a great day mate.
