Bought one similar back in the early 90s it used the big 7.2 battery swung on bottom from a servo as the balance point, can't remember who made it but bought it from the on base hobby shop, was way cool to run, yours is definitely an upgrade from 20+yr old tech
Eheh I think first hobby grade memories are always sweet in our mind. New tech are much smoother to use and powerful. Think at the long antennas we had, the ni-cd batteries, the mechanical speed controller (this was really vintage)
Def needs a brushless on 3s and the chain drive back with the brushless motor in the frame along with the battery hanging low it’ll do over 80 I bet!!???
I had something like this when I was Really little like 20 years ago. It wasn’t near as safisticsted just a plastic bike you could drive. It was so slow tho you had to roll it hard and gas it at the same time to get it going. But when it did she went everywhere lol
@@user-kl3es1cv5k lol sorry naw its simple physics when a object is in rotation you get gyroscopic forces keeping the tires moving in the direction it is rolling which is upright and forward now you can abuse this and other physics by doing things like making tires have a radius instead of a angled lip now you get the tire itself assisting in the gyroscopic effect as when it rolls onto the edge like a train wheel it wants to right itself in the easy path of movement

Good idea actually! My only fear is that after the burnout the tire has more grip, and i do a violent grip, which destroy the front wind screen (already happened once) But i can give it a try
I use a 540 can 7700 kv with 11.3v. . Lol roughly 77000 rpm. Speed up to 130kmh programmeble esc. . Running 3 nitro's thundertiger tigers and noava faor. 2 brushless. Both thundertigers. 😄😄😄 lot of fun playing around.
